Undyne ULTRA is a fanmade Undertale battle for Unitale. It's set in the Storyshift AU and makes you fight against Undyne ULTRA, a mix between Undyne and Mettaton!
All footage and music used belong to their respective owners.

In this AU Toriel is replaced with papyrus so that's why the spagetti heals you all the way! :3

Haha! Oh, Merg, your attitude to every fangame is so positive. Kinda makes me wonder if your reflex reaction to stress is to praise the creator even though you're probably internally screaming. It's awesome, though, and it makes for an enjoyable watch experience.

About Storyshift (my fav AU tho):
Characters are swapped in pairs, relationships and personalities are kept.
Papyrus is on Toriel's place, thats why Spaghetti healed you fully, its a pie alternative.
Toriel is swapped with Undyne and leads the guard.
She has broke up with Asgore, while he's on the place of Alphys, being a royal scientist.
Alphys is on place of Napstablook, she wears the sheet and hides from everyone in the ruins.
Napstablook is on place of Asriel (as a flower, Napstablook is Boogie, a depressed flower, so there's no Flowey).
Asriel is on place of Papyrus (seems strange, because in this AU you firstly date Asriel and then date him mom, lol), respectivly Chara is on place of Sans (storyshift Chara are mah bae, but instead of 'bad time' they 'make your life hell' =) ).
Undyne is on Mettaton's place, Undyne Ultra is basically Mettaton NEO.
Finally, Sans in the king of Underground.
(and the fallen ''child'' (more like dead ghost) is Mettaton)
Abandoned Pie is like Abandoned Quiche, thats why its 34 HP.

"Storyshift changes personalities" No, it doesn't. All characters have the same personality. Sans is lazy, Toriel is caring, etc. That is why I love this AU the most.

Actually, it DOES change personalities. Toriel is still caring, but she is also determined. Sans is still lazy, but he is also responsible and sad. It doesnt COMPLETELY change personalities, and actually, I think you may be right. It doesnt change personalities; it MERGES them.

Toriel = undyne
Sans = Asgore
Papyrus = Toriel
Chara = Sans
Asriel = Papyrus
Mettaton=Chara
Blooky=Asriel
It would be better if you wrote something like Sans > Asgore > Alphys > Blooky > Asriel > Papyrus > Toriel > Undyne > Mettaton > Chara > Sans. So it would be more clear how characters are replaced.

How to avoid the teleporting attack that you didn't get. The arrow shots from certain angle a bunch of times (mostly 3 times) then they teleport to the way the first 3 shots was fired, Example= it shots from *UP-LEFT-DOWN* it will teleport to these sequence again *UP-LEFT-DOWN* so it's just a memory test, the spear shots a bunch of times from diffrent angle and you have to memorize where they go in that time.

I’m from the future in February 2019, and he’s done a no hit of this one AND unfair undyne.
Well, kinda, I’m actually just watching this in feb 2019 and he did it. 🙂
I would like to say 4 things:
1. I would really like to see you try the hard mode version.
2. I think that there is a pacifist ending to this game: by only shooting the spear and not hitting her with fight, as that is kinda like
the Mettaton fight's pacifist run, and i think that you will need to hit it a grand total of 90 times as that's it's DEF and it said
that by shooting the spear will reduce Undyne ULTRA's armor, aka DEF.
3. I would like to try that strategy out, and if it works you must of course do a video about it.
4. You're the best.

merg you're kinda right about what you think about storyshift. basically every character is takes another character's role, story, etc. and pretty much everything is changed, areas, main characters, and even the regular monsters. however it only works in a way where it makes sense for characters to be in that spot.
for example, chara takes sans' role of the one who follows frisk in their journey and as the one to judge their/the player's actions. asriel takes the spot of papyrus, the guardsman in training, etc. etc. etc.
also i think the creator of the AU even made like a little comic story and uploaded it onto imgur, so yeah.

Merg, don't know if you noticed, but on "the flying spear miniboss" phases, directions of attacks during intensive parts is same, as during non-intensive. If you will look at your footage closely, you will see that. Saying that, because you will most certainly try "Undyne Ultra" Hardcore lvl, so, you will need that tip. And, also, good luck, because you WILL need that.
