Do you agree with my theory on the ReDeads' origins? What're your theories?
Can we get a video about the Zelda version of heaven and hell?
The Royal Family aren't bad people, you know ?
So, I thought you were never gonna get to the Sheikah connection. Had a whole comment prepared and I am glad I waited until the video finished. I learned quite a bit, good video.
Zeltik, i think that it was not the royal family, I think the sheka were employed to do it for them

Unlike other enemies, ReDeads do not burst into fire and smoke when defeated, but fall limp to the ground... and stay there.
EBE the closest thing to a human enemy you kill is the yiga, but they disappear with magic, but link in any 3D game falls limp, supporting the redeads being human. (By human I mean hylian or sheikah.)
@@crashdab2683 the thief from Majora's Mask was fully human and he can be exploded to smithereens! F in the chat for THAT guy.
Oh yeah, i remember: Sakon, if you shot him with an bow and arrow he gets explodified. if you use your sword he drops the bag.
@@WarningStrangerDanger You can always reverse time, then again you can be sadistic with Young Link and kill him before every single 3 day time loop.
Think about why the enemies explode and burn up. The Master Sword is the blade of evil's bane. Key word being evil. It could support the fact that the ReDeads are not necessarily evil.
Im surprised you didnt bring something up. When you are put into a room with more than one redead. If you kill one and leave the other alone. You will see the other walk over to its fallen brother and appear to mourn over it. I know this happens in OOT, i havent played the other games with redeads in it so i cant confirm this happens there either.
I thought they were eating them... 🤔
that's really sad-
Omg I forgot about that
I think I have saw it, but I was too terrified by them at the time.
(They still terrify me, but now I think they are nicer than the royal family).
I don’t think taht happens in WW, but it’d be cool
The ReDeads have always been the scariest Zelda enemies to me, and honestly I can't tell if this theory makes that better or worse: knowing they aren't necessarily evil, just suffering.
His theory also reminds me of the Dementors in Harry Potter. It seems that both Redeads and Dementors were dark creatures, respectively employed as guards by the Royal Family and the Ministry of Magic. Their initial existence had nothing to do with Ganondorf/Voldemort, but once those villains rose to power, they had no problem becoming tools of those dark lords.
it makes it worse, the horror of the actions of another victim is way scaryer than pure malice.
I was ten when I played OOT for the first time... Never trust Nintendo rating games, they rated OOT General (G)
*DEFINITELY* worse!
If this theory proves true then...
Did the Shieka make ganondorf a redead mummy in BotW2 so that they could keep ganon at bay and not reincarnating forever?
Outstanding move
Holy shit I think this is sound enough to be right... I mean. Killing Ganondorf without sealing him somehow will only lead to him being born again. Another life filled with Demise's curse. If Ganondorf doesn't completely die and is kept sealed away somewhere nobody dares to go, there would be no way for him to be reborn. Then, Calamity Ganon happened. Which I personally think was Demise's curse doubling down in retaliation.
Then why were there ancient gerudo symbols and letters flowing from the arm holding him down? could it be a sheika gerudo??
And these are the types of lore/theories that I just wished Nintendo could listen to.
@@mah1na If that's the case.. Ganondorf is gonna one pissed off boi

Actually more horrifying than huddling in the fetal position: ReDead morn their own.
The AI isn't really quite there in OoT, but in Majora's Mask kill a ReDead from a group while wearing a disguise mask that makes them nonaggressive (or stand out of their aggro range).
The others will cluster around their fallen brother and stand there, heads bowed, being super creepy.
They mourn in the same way in castletown in OOT! I saw it a few years ago, but you just keep some distance from them, and they will walk over to another fallen ReDead and appear to be sobbing.
Aw. That's sad. 😥 But yeah, also Creepy.
@@d.dementedengineerc99isurf26 Like I said: sad and creepy.
They actually do the same in OoT. In castle town and the shadow temple you can kill one without alerting others, and they will gather around the fallen one until it disappears, at which point they return to where they started. Pretty creepy.
Do they do this in Wind Waker as well?
What if the masks are there so people that find them don’t ever recognize them as a friend or relative •_•
Ho my gad!
:| How dare you think that way! :'(
Boy, that’s frickin’ dark!
Yes, but recognising someone in a momified state is quite difficult. ^^ But if the theory is true, the Royal family did something awful.
I thought the masks were just something cultural they did in the game, I remember you could get one of those in game, and it says it was used for burial of the dead, usually placed on the deceased.
“Here is gathered Hyrule’s bloody history of greed and hatred.”
To me one of the most unnerving part about WW's Redead is when you approach, but just far enough to not provoke them they will just turn their heads towards Link and stare at him, or rather right through him, with those empty black sockets..
The monks agreed to their role though, so would it be possible that the redeads in the tombs were once Hylian soldiers who agreed to protect the royal family even in death?
I can stand by that theory, seems quite plausible. Perhaps even these soldiers souls were able to move on into the afterlife, but their bodies were kept and reanimated as guardians to the Royal Family. It seems pretty honorable, having your body continue serving the Royal Family even after your soul has moved on.
Fluffy Lemons agreed besides I doubt princess Zelda could rest easy otherwise
I was thinking this, or that the Gibdos r Hylian knights (perhaps captains or ranking members of military) and the ReDeads r the more common soldiers....or something like that at least.
Kothar Korinth perhaps
Personally I think the redead are sheikah warriors and defenders of the royal family that passed on and were then turned into the redead
What if they are all Sheikah? We see that in Twilight, many of them rebelled and we're banished to the Twili Realm. What if before OOT, the royal family took the rebellious Sheikah, killed them all, and had the few remaining loyal Sheikah do this to them. It'd be the Royal Family's way of making the Sheikah literally serve them forever. Perhaps the remaining Sheikah even create the Sun Song as a way for someone to one day put their brothers and sisters out of their misery.
They do have red eyes in the Wind Waker, a Sheikah staple..
@@Zeltik Yep. It would also explain their gut wrenching scream every time they see a Hylian. They'd hate all of Hyrule for what the Royal Family did to them.
Plus, as mentioned in the video, the BotW monks look like WW reDeads
FUCK YOU JUST HAD TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE DIDN'T YOU
Wouldn't this also mean that stone tower temple is termina's shadow temple, and ikana castle is Hyrule castle?

You neglected to mention that when Link kills a ReDead, all other ReDeads present completely ignore him and stagger over to the one he just killed, where they look down at it and convulse. They don't snap out of it until that ReDead vanishes, so maybe that's another glint of humanity they possess: mourning for the loss of their kin.
or, as others have said, its zombie canabalism. They say the fallen one disappears faster when that happens.
It is most likely zombie cannabalism since ReDead take a long time to disappear. However, when ReDead gather at a ReDead's corpse, it doesn't take long to respawn.
@@nuggetgachaguy6342 or maybe they are mourning, the fallen reDeads despawned faster, do to the reDead's soul is given rest, because it sees that it was loved by its kin, if you have read stories or seen movies about ghosts you would know that the ghosts haunt, because they have unfinished purpose, maybe the unfinished purpose was that the reDead's thought they weren't loved, so after seeing there kin mourn for them, they finally have rest.
they also scream at link without actualy attacking him
which is a clear sign of hate and sadness
Hay now that is a good point...i always wondered why the redead did that.....
I think when a person dies in hyrule, they’re given those masks as a sort of tradition when they’re buried. Would make sense as to why Dampe knows what it is and is shocked at link wearing it.
he is also literally next to where some are buried so
If it is given to something dead when buried, it would make sense why he is confused and/or digusted to see link wearing the mask. It would basically be sacrilege or daring the spirits to come after him.
I don't know for sure that's true. Didn't some of the graves in the Kakariko Graveyard just have chests and piles of bones? I don't recall seeing ReDeads in EVERY grave I visited.

Yeah when I played this game on n64 when I was 8. I didn't stick around to find out. I gave up on the forest temple when the black hands would come down from the ceiling and grab you. To much creep for me
ReDeads: "Its sad... im sad... 🎵how did this happen?🎵"
I'm dying to try this out now.
I think we can all agree that doing a group project with Zeltik in high school would have earned you full marks every damn time. No one does better research or weaves it together so beautifully. Love this channel
I think in OOT they were scarier in the N64 graphics because it was darker wherever they were. In the 3DS the areas were more lit and better brighter graphics lol. I hated going through town as an adult they creeped me out so bad. The ones in WW definitely scared me for life though. Playing as a 10 year old and ran into one of those for the first time in the earth temple. They will look right at you before they even get up!!!!! I would lie in bed paralyzed at night refusing to even roll over under my covers cuz I thought one was in my closet 🤣🤣🤣🤣
SAME I can’t sleep after OOT
Idk. I played oot for the first time on 3DS and I was traumatized when I see those for the first time
That and the crappy CRTs of the time made it hard to see what they looked like
Same. I actually couldn't even play through the shadow temple for a long time because the under the well dungeon traumatized me. I rented the game when it first came out to see if I would like it, and the first thing I encountered on the save file was a redead in castle town. Scared the crap out of me, and I stopped playing it until the next day. I erased one of the other save files and started a new one lol.
Just about everything in the earth temple scared me, not just the creepy-ass redeads. The floormasters were actually scarier for me. The sound they made just increased the dread.
I always wore one of those masks that made 'em dance when I had to encounter them in MM. Made them just a little bit scary.
I know a perfect enemy to use in breath of the wild 2 that would scare us all. Updated ReDeads.
I want the OoT ones back because they try to both piggyback you and eat your brains at the same time.
Time to freak out the newcomers to the Zelda series. **rubs hands together**
No, no no, I play oot and that should just not happen.
This is why I play only the first one.
Oh hell no! Those things are scary enough! They do NOT need to be updated! 😱 As an aside, I’d like to eventually get Zelda:BotW.
HELL NO. Them things fucked up so many nights of sleep as a kid. It didn't help my friend one time gave me the chilling thought of running ReDeads.
Aren't Gibdos just wrapped up ReDeads? I vaguely remember that in Majora's Mask, if you shoot one with a fire arrow, the paper(?) reveals a redead underneath.
Gibdos are just Redeads with armour.
Not really the ones in majora mask are redead but most other versions of the gibdos one there wraps burn they turn into stalfos ,might be misspelled
@@josstarfluff5052 as far as I know gibdos are wrapped redeads in only the 3d zeldas.
The handheld games and the original zelda, gibdos when burned turn to stalfos.
Could also possibly be like stages of decay.

Older burned turn to stalfos.
In minish cap they also turn into stalfos, i think its just majoras mask
I always wonder how far the devs really go into this kind of details. amybe they just thought lets make a zombie like enemy and everything else is coincidence. although in the end this is Nintendo and I certainly think they do get this deep.

You know what would be more terrifying than a Redead? A Redead that RUNS AT YOU after it stuns you.
That would just be a straight-up modern chaser zombie.
"Shadow Temple... Here is gathered Hyrule's bloody history of greed and hatred."
Yeah, the Hylian Royal Family's record doesn't seem to be spotless. I can get behind your theory.
The Shadow Temple always made me wonder how they managed to keep OOT at an "E" rating and not "T". It's something straight out of Resident Evil without the blood and gore.
Now knowing that the Sheikah actually tortured and executed people there... wow...
@@nahor88 Funny thing about that, is in the original version of OOT there was blood on the floor in at least one of the rooms of the Shadow Temple. Dunno if it's in the later releases.
They removed all the blood in the 3DS port sadly...
@@ethandement482 That's in the Bottom of the Well. There's no blood in the Shadow Temple, unless you count Deadhand.
It's on the GameCube version, I know that.
Perhaps the family knew nothing of it and the Sheikah were actually just double agent types.
I never imagined that I would feel pity while watching a redead in fetal position for more than a few seconds, back when I was playing the game I was too happy to take advantage of the time they took to get up to kill them before they could pierce my ears with their scream.... but seeing them like that... you really start to feel the pain they're going through, they actually seem more terrified of their condition than you are...
What's worse is that the best you can do is actually take advantage of it and put them out of their misery. Even sympathizing does nothing because they will just be compelled to eliminate you, so doing exactly as you did in ignorance is still what you must do in knowledge.
Yh
I feel terrible having to kill them at all
I know this is old, but bro putting it into perspective.
What's crazy is that, as a kid, I never thought their faces in OoT were masks, but that was thanks to the graphics at a time. Still hate these guys with a passion, even though the Earth Temple is one of the favorite dungeons in Wind Waker.
I'm still convinced this was the case lol 😆 they decided it was a little TOO dark and decided to make them wear masks instead when they cleaned up the older games
The first time you hear them moaning, it's fairly unnerving,
the first time you hear their scream however, brown-trousers time! 💩👖

Or the sheikah could have volunteered to become redeads at death, so that they could continue to protect the royal family even in the afterlife.
That would also explain the sheikah tribe that are being turned into mummies that are not unlike redeads in BOTW
, as well as the fact that the redeads in windwaker wear similar tribal decorations to the sheikah.
Except for one thing the ocarina of time and majora's mask redead show none of the jewelry or markings of the sheikah. They are also the only ones we see shaking while in foetal position.
@@teadrinkingturret2088 Maybe the ones in OoT and MM are made from the corpses of people who were tortured by the Sheikah on behalf of the royal family, but the ones with jewelry/markings are Sheikah corpses reanimated as protectors of the earth temple.
@@ChazDinkle Exactly. WW and OoT are in a different era as well, so... maybe the Royal Family stopped using the bodies of tortured people and instead started using the Sheikah folks -- 'cause they probably consented with it, bringing less suffering for the Redeads in general.
The Shieka are more like Gibdos.
The ReDead were always really scary to me when I was a kid. Although the scariness of them made me even more curious about them. Ocarina of time would have been even better if they did a complete remake of it and reimagine the ReDead and many of the other creatures like Dead hand in the graphic capabilities of today. I know creatures like ReDead, dead hand, and even Bongo Bongo would really look horrific if redone completely instead of just in a 3D version.

@@preamble2persona i hope they go more into the sheika tribe honestly we see so much of them yet know almost nothing. From the gaurdians to the redeads the closest we see is the yiga clan but even then thats about it. I saw one theory going into bongo bongo being someone executed by the sheika tribe for theft. Using the fact it hangs like it was strung from its feet and possibly beheaded that said the missing hands and the executioners drum beat on entry as well. Its something to think about.
This gets so much darker.
The redeads in castle town in OoT aren't Ganon's. They tend to hang around the same spots as the villagers prior to Ganon's reign...
Could it be that, in a desperate act to protect the castle, that the royal family turned to the shieka once more? Did they turn the peasant village folk into redeads to fight Ganon's assault? The peasants would not know how to use a sword or how to fight, but a mindless zombie would be able to do some damage and wouldn't run from a fight.
The royal family "mass produced" redeads by forcing the peasants into eternal death so that they can protect the castle. They are the true horror.

Those poor souls looking for comfort when they are in a sort of purgatory. Between light and dark. Life and death. This also leads to the theory of the monks being evil. You are able to die in a shrine, and even monk maz koshia attempts to kill you in battle. They created 3 deadly trials of the sword to see if you will die or not. The monks might actually be the redeads of BotW. There’s lots more elements to this. But to wrap it up… poor redeads, f the sheikah monks.
0:01 Okay, can you write an adventure book? This is a poetic masterpiece.
Am I the only one who needs an audio book version of Zelda after that intro??
Nope. I need that too, almost as badly as I need BoTW 2
@ChaosKirby Same. Hopefully the wait time will be cut because it seems like their using the same map. I just hope they show us another trailer for the game
Normally a LoZ game is released every 2 years. With Links awakening released this year, hopefully we’ll get BoTW 2 by 2021.

Your descriptions are so vivid you'd make a great Dungeons and Dragons DM
Yes I’m not the only one!!!

I’ve always wanted to play tabletop rpgs, but have no one to play with 😭
I could listen to you read horror stories forever, because that intro was captivating. ♡♡♡

Man, this, together with your theory about breading supersoldiers at Snow Peak Ruins, makes me think that Ganondorf might've had the right idea.
What if one day we learn that the Royal Family actually is an oppressive force of demigods, terrorizing the land of Hyrule with their cultlike sheikah shadow police and unholy abominations?
Wouldn't that be the wildest turnaround of a series after 35 years :0
Perhaps.... but the problem is, even if we accept the outlandish idea that he's a misled good-guy (he's not and never will be get over it), Ganondorf doesn't distinguish innocent from guilty. He would shift the blame entirely on Hyrule as a whole if it led to his victory. That is not a good mark in a ruler.
@@Tahkaullus01, I would love to believe that maybe there is hope for both Zelda and Link to redeem Hyrule. They are young after all, and much of Hyrule's history is either destroyed or long forgotten. They wouldn't be aware of Hyrule's bloody history, but I believe that once they find out, they'll take it upon themselves to communicate with others and find a way to free the Sheikah from their eternal tormenting duty to the long dead genocidal rulers of Hyrule. Our heroes must be truly kind to free their long oppressed friends from their own people..
I'll be disappointed if we don't get Redeads in Zelda BotW 2
Give the new generation of children nightmares, now in HD
Breath of the Wild is this generation's Ocarina of Time... the sequel might as well be this generation's Majora's Mask. We were already told it was gonna be scarier.
BotW was severely lacking in enemies, like it only had goblins, lizards and uh, lynels?
Nineth Lion someone didn’t play the game apparently
@@KicksPregnantWomen I beat the game though...
The ReDead and Gibdo were some of my favorite enemies. I was bummed when they weren’t in BotW.
BOTW was hardly scary. Despite many Hylians dying, we never see a poe or stalfos. All there is is skeletal bokoblins and that's it.
@@rabnadskubla8594
You're telling me that "lady" in the Gerudo region wasn't scary?
@@rabnadskubla8594 good points. Maybe we'll see something really dark in the next game.
@@rabnadskubla8594 uhh the stalkoblin, stalizalfos, stalmoblins, and stalnoxes are all variations on the classic stalfos. Just like stalhounds are in other games
You all have very good points. I really liked when the blood moon would come out. It gave Hyrule a nice spooky vibe. As far as enemies go, I feel like BotW was very lacking in a variety of enemies. Granted, I understand they played it safe as we didn’t know what the Switch was fully capable of. Maybe the next game will have more enemies. That, and a tool to change the weather. You know, like the Ocarina of the Rod of Seasons.
When i was younger, I played oot on the 3DS of my sister. When Link is 7 years older, I got so scared of them that I never played it again... my sister sadly lost the game when I wanted to try it again. like five years later I got my own 3DS and got oot as first game for it. I'm so happy that I still wanted this game! I would have done a big mistake if I didnt wish for it with the 3DS for Christmas☺️
try playing it on the N-64 as a kid and then one screams at you with surround sound in the dark lol
Definitely dead bodies brought back to life, that Ocarina of Time Redead artwork is macabre.

@@iatebambi I’m not wrong, that is exactly what they sound like.

We all knows what’s more terrifying...
That piano melody and a laser sight transfixed on you.
**shudders**
Also interesting to think of, the Zora's have almost (if not always) had ties to the royal family in some way. And the Earth temple I'm sure used to be there for the Zora Sages of old in the Wind Waker before they died out. It would make sense that the royal family would honor their ties to the Zoras by giving them redead to guard their sacred temple. I don't know if that makes sense, but it's something that came to mind.
Wow. I love this theory. In OoT, it could even be assumed that the Bottom of the Well and/or the Shadow Temple was the actual factory for the Redead. It's a torture and holding facility for the worst criminals of Hyrule, and could have also been where they punished the most terrible of villains... eternally. This could also explain the Gibdos/Redead Knights of the Arbiter's Grounds.
Also, I find it necessary to state that not only do they sit in the fetal position until disturbed, but can often be observed to rise and scream at Link, then turn back around and resume their crouch if you moved past them quickly enough. Their prey is frozen, right there, just a few feet out of their reach, but still, they grow weary and apathetic in their eternal service and cannot even make hat short a journey to take yet another life.
Worst of the criminals? Really buying into that hylian propaganda. They were torturing people who they thought posed threat to the ruling class and soldiers captured at the great war
What I find interesting about the Redeads is they only give you magic potion when you kill them. Other enemies give you hearts, money, magic, or even items. Redead only give you magic. That would be fitting, if the Sheikah people reanimated them with dark magic.
it's kind of sad if you think about it and kind of dark and the redeads just need peace
16:28 as soon as the music started playing my fight or flight response kicked in. Don't do that to me again!
They're both freaky looking but I've always preferred the Oot ReDead design to WW.
I saw them again in this video, having not played WW since 2003, and thought "they're really not so scary looking".
Then its face stretched.
Im just glad they actually both look good in their game's style, and add to them.
I never got why zelda redesigns enemies this heavily
@@bloodstoneore4630 Don't worry too much, at least they're designed to match their respective game, unlike halo's brutes that constantly changed their design within a span of three games, two by the same developer.
@@FriezaSucks or the moblins
I've never noticed it until now, but the similarities between the sheikah monks in BotW and the re-dead from Wind Waker are uncanny.
Makes me wonder... If the Sheikah DID create the ReDeads, were they trying to figure out how to expand lives while allowing them to keep their humanity? Maybe those experiments were successful, seeing as the Monks were able to do so.
Wait a second...
I agree ✨ through I was never sure if the redeads were supposed to be POWs or Shieka/Hylians . Perhaps even a mix, of vary based on the areas.

Dude your videos are sooo good! Well done and very informative! Thank you for your deep dive into my favourite game series of all time. Gonna have to binge your vids.
When you hit a Gibdo with a fire arrow, it becomes a ReDead
depends on the game. In most games they become Stalfos.
Gibdos are just wrapped redeads (in 64, of course)
Maybe different states of decay more meat=redead less meat=stalfos
@@_Tzer
I'd argue it is dependent on location and who may have been involved. Areas that were of the royal family, and thus defended, were voluntary(ish) mummies in the form of ReDead or the better equipped Gibdos. Areas that are more Ganon's influence still have Gibdos but they are moreso reanimated evil creatures, the Stalfos, though better equipped.
@@clayxros576 Not all stalfos are evil as seen in majora.
As you said, the ReDeads in WW look strikingly similar to the Shiekah in BotW. So what if they aren't reanimated soldiers, but instead reanimated Sheikah. I mean, who else would be so trusted that they would be chosen to protect the royal family even in death?
Then why would the souls be said to be restless?
@@cameoshadowness7757 because the Skiekah are restless in their commitment to serving the Hyrule Royal Family?
@@dankrebs8507 that SORTA works but feels like a stretch. I do see and even understand but doesn't seem to fit too well. Still something to consider and I'm glad you pointed it out.
I just realized the Redeads moan/hum the sun song. The very tune that temporarily puts them at rest.
I think it would be interesting if we saw a game where Link finds out about the bloody history of the Royal Family and becomes disgusted with them and leaves them
Yes that would be cool! But Link stays friends with Zelda and when she asked him what’s wrong,he tells her she becomes disgusted to,and and they run away to Termina because she’s so angry with her father and Link is in danger for telling her.
Could be happening in Botw2

So the monks are basically friendly Redeads.
Ones that don’t want to eat your brains that is.
uhhhh yeah.
Not....quite. there's a difference between corpses made into undead guardians, and still living (they have a heartbeat and are mobile, per the last monk boss fight at the end of the trials quest in BOTW.) Monastic worshippers in a spiritually empowered form of meditative preservation. Granted now, they do die after gifting Link their spirit orb. They had no other purpose but to test Link, and after doing so are free to pass on. They're essentially in technical magical life support.
Dude! You should wright a book! You’re lines are so poetic…it’s awesome how you describe certain situations and plots. Keep up the great work!!! You’re one of my favorites!
This seals the sub for me. This was FASCINATING! I hope you're super proud of this, man, very well done.
Great theory!
One point however - you mentioned the Gibdo being different enemy types to the Redeads, however in Majora's Mask, if you burn them their bandages dissapear, showing them to simply be a bandaged redead.
This could be dismissed due to it being within Termina, but if it were true, it could mean that the Royal family had also placed them in the Arbiter's Grounds, perhaps as a way to guard prisoners to be executed, or maybe to simply scare of regular people to prevent them from knowing what is within.
If this is the case, there are if course Gibdos in tons of 2D dungeons, but in the 2D games they often become Stalfos upon being burned, so maybe this could dismiss it within 2D games, or just dismiss this idea completely?
Hey you are also here!
Whoa. Didnt expext you to be here.
I think it could depend on what’s underneath-like, depending on who they were in life. Like, apparently old knights, soldiers, and even a Hero get turned into Stalfos, while ordinary civilians allegedly poes or stalchildren (these guys don’t have a satisfying theory/explanation whatsoever. Especially since skullkids exist, too). And of course the redeads who are arguably “perfected” *shudders *
Hrm, good point. So I guess some Gibdos could be redeads, but some not, it'd just be a matter of where/which.
If you use dins fire on gibdos in oot they turn into redeads too, or if you use the fire arrows too I think.
I’m so happy that the Zelda community is still strong.

Your descriptive and figurative language is incredible! It sets such an eerie atmosphere to the whole video. I love it!
Hey Zeltik! Just recently found your channel and have been down a huge rabbit hole with your stories. I love all these lore theories, and you definitely have a voice for the story-telling art! I've been playing Zelda since 1987 (I was 4 when we got our first NES), and have always been fascinated by Hyrule and it's "Other Worlds". You touch on some things in your videos that I've considered while playing these games, but you expand far beyond my imagination in these stories. I know this video is 4 years old and I'm a little late to the party, but the ReDeads are by far my favorite enemies in the series, and this was an awesome theory explaining them. Great video; now, back to the rabbit hole that is your channel!
