I've been eating low carb, so no bread. In the US, we cut a boiled egg in half, mix only the yolk with mayo and mustand and stuff it back in the half egg white part. Its called "deviled eggs" So good, just no bread.

What i learned when cooking spam.. my older brother told me don't put oil. He told me just put it in the non stick pan and the spam will do its work. Spam already has its oils and bacon as well.

I highly suggest, you toast the bread with butter.. add salt and pepper to the avocado and top it on the toasted bread.. then add fried egg on top of the avocado.. I prefer the malasado egg just because the yolk adds flavor to the taste of the whole thing when you eat it.. you can also add bacon depending on your preference.. 😊
