Most of my videos are a small report to my clients about their cutting boards and how they were made. I believe that it is very satisfying to watch it. And I really happy when you ask me to make a video because it is a special gift. Also, I want to say "Thank You!" to everyone who watches, liked, and comments on my video. I love your comments and always read them! I just do not have enough time to answer all of them.
More video soon!
Sorry:)

Thank you!
The time frame for a board like this is 2 weeks (if I'm not making other boards).
I use a lot of different types of bits from 6 degrees to 90 degrees. (read in description)
In this project, I have used 1/8, 1/2, 1/4 flat nose, and 15-degree v bit.
for the juice groove, I used ROUND NOSE BIT
1/2"SH, 3/8"R, 3/4"CD
For most projects, I use fusion 360, but also I use Ai, Vectric, Corel Draw, Inkscape, Ps.
For finishing my boards, I use that wax and oil broinwood.com/collections/cutting-boards-care
Why do I use a 1/4 flat nose bit for cutting inlay and surface? Because it does not make small chips.
Looking forward to see a hole table with art
Nice work!
Have you tried a 2” 1/2” shank surfacing bit! They work amazing and it’s what I use to surface my end grain boards after glueup
Beautifull !
Отличная работа!
i gotta say i have one of niks boards and amazed at how big and and well done they really are and i have used it so many tie it has not marked once yet top notch can t wait to get my next board made cheers nik
Супер! Молодцы 👍👍👍
Broinwood, your work is simply AMAZING!!!! I was curious how deep is your images going into the wood? Keep up the great work.
Very Nice. I have another question about your process. What clamping method are you using to glue in the inlays?
Your work is amazing. I have been wanting to do cutting board inlays for the family on my small CNC. I am curious to what depth your going. I make many cutting boards with endgrain I guess your going about .5 inches maybe 3/8.
Ever consider using a Whiteside 1" surfacing bit? Might save you some time there.
Great work! What depth do you go on these inlays? It looks pretty deep.
Wonderful work as usual! What cnc machine do you use if you kind me asking? I’m sure you’ve been asked a lot, but I’d love to know.
Your work is amazing and the best compliment to Artwork is people trying to replicate it. The depth of your inlays appears pretty deep, do you use a Vcarve, inlay, or profile toolpath to get that depth?
Бро классные работы выстовляешь ! Можешь подсказать какие пораметры выстовляешь чтоб запрессовка была четкой ну или снять видео как составляешь УП !
Nice which one cnc did you use ?
Looks amazing! I have vcarve pro and have been wanting to get into doing inlays. Do you like fusion over vcarve for inlay work? Been wanting to learn it just haven't invested the time yet
Thank you.
I can't say that I prefer Fusion360 over Vcarve. I would say everything depends on project.
Wonderful cutting boards! Could you share what speed (RPM) you spin your 15-degree vbit at? Thanks!!
Can you tell me how this would be done without a CNC? Which tool could also do these inlays? Could I do it with a plunge router?
Which CNC machine do you work with, and what is the working range
Nik, what do you use to clamp the inlays in place while the glue dries? Do you use regular clamps and cauls, or do you have a press? I am wondering how your inlays are always so perfect with no gaps.
It's art. It's so delicate and beautiful. Is there any way I can buy your work?
If I can buy it, I would like to know how and how much it is.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sure you can buy it. contact me broinwood@gmail.com
Do you have any info so I can get a board made ?
One more marvelous work - respect!
Also the videos: So good in quality and cut. I'm still working to reach a small part of your's in Germany ;-)
👍

OOH.. LOVE YOUR Speeds/feeds notes. thank you! i'm certain you've been bugged to no end. it's the secret sauce other makers want to try to reproduce your work. I really appreciate it.
