Jurgen Leyers a.k.a. DJ Fire is active in the music scene for many years already. Together with Laurent Véronnez a.k.a. Airwave, Jurgen is responsible for the project Fire & Ice. In my previous 2 interviews with Jurgen (see below!), we already spoke about the Fire & Ice tracks “Lost Emotions” and “Never Ending Melody”.
For this week’s vlog I sat down with Jurgen, to ask him about the story behind the Fire & Ice classic “Forever Young”, plus we also spoke about the legendary Fire & Ice Vital Remix of the Sonic Inc. classic “Taste Of Summer”.

Forever young have always been one of my favourite Bonzai tracks. The melody is absolutely amazing.

nice interview! And i don't need to hear Taste of summer, while it's a great remix. They made other great tracks or under name of dj fire himself. I enjoy it more when i hear tracks that aren't played often anymore. Sometimes you re-discover tracks.

Thank you! He's one of the many people on my wish list ;-) But for now I have so much in the works, so my schedule is completely full for the next 3-4 months. Plus trips abroad are a bit harder these days since I'm working fulltime, so time and budget are my main issues. But .... hopefully one day!
