One thing that I find admirable is that when Rich speaks, Julie listens and does not interrupt. And when Julie speaks, Rich is attentive and lets her finish. I think most know how hard it is to not interrupt or interject and dominate the conversation. Thanks for a great episode.

"if you don't resolve your traumas... They will continue after lifetime after lifetime..." - I am currently experiencing past life pain since doing very very deep healing so I can confirm this is 100% true. We carry so much. The pain of our parents, their parents, their parent's parents. And so on. And then all our own trauma and pain. So much to clear. Julie is spot on. Having a spiritual practise is one of the most important things we can be doing for ourselves right now🙏

Learning to not judge and spout out "knee jerk" type comments is a difficult practice to master. As mentioned in this talk, it's the ego at work and serves nobody in a positive way. We're all on different paths and uncle Jerry is on his own, which you won't help by letting the ego take over and try to reinforce itself. The key is to be aware of this happening and catch yourself, recenter, take positive action (if applicable) and move on. Like anything, it takes many reps to become more proficient at this, but when you do, you will feel yourself becoming waaayyy less bothered by the actions/words of others. This makes way for working on finding common ground and discovering the root of a person's views. And at the root of it all...we're all on the same team here!
Thank you both for your work! ✌🌱

I've had 6 months off and am still trying... but perhaps it will be just enough of a tickle to get you to be better at self care. Enjoy yourself! Laugh! Love! Live! No guilt allowed!!!! Hugs.

This is my selfish opportunity as a recovering alcoholic to apologize to Julie for being super protective of Rich. I'm sorry I said I didn't like you, can't take those words back even in sobriety we make asses of ourselves and I certainly did that. But upon reflection, don't want to dwell on that and congratulations for bringing excellence and mindfulness to vegan cuisine that really does elevate it to a whole new level -- when rewatching parts of the podcast and speaking to my sponsor, what I got from it was memories of my Dad's favorite dog Caesar, a powerful husky/chow cross interacting with our ballerina Pomeranian, Malinka, who would take cookies out of his mouth while he regarded her with benign tolerance and total devotion. My significant other is a musician who travels constantly and I totally get those kinds of relationships; you put more effort in because nothing is ever taken for granted. I don't do social media for good reason and one more opportunity to learn to think 3 times before saying something idiotic. Bless you both.

When Julie was talking about creating , trying out , a new way where people created a community to better the world, wether it worked or not at least she tried. It is already successfully happening, Dr Joe Dispenza has a really huge vision which is actually happening now. When you want to find an expert in whatever you want to learn, driving a car, boxing whatever. You look at the track record of the teacher. I think I can safely say that Dr Joe Dispenza;s student who are just normal people are doing and creating supernatural things. He is the only person I know of who has the best results of any of the great teachers at this time. I loved to see and hear Julie for the first time. I like her vision of how to go about life. I would love to have an in depth conversation with you both, for me it has to be kept simple and not get lost in the negatives of other people. Start from a point of what is the reality, what is it that we actually believe in, how far from that point do you want to go,( read , giving ourselves pain ) living this life, before heading back to source. Love and Peace.

I think it's good you brought up the argument about those vegans who don't agree with you, but I think you don't need to bring that up again because those who get it, get it and those who don't will not get it no matter how much you talk about it, no need to explain yourself and waste energy on those who don't get it. All those who have common sense do get it.

I could see myself getting in a massive argument with Julie on various statements she makes and life philosophies. “Everyone’s right from their own perspective.” Can’t agree with that. Truth exists. Multiple universes where different versions of yourself are living a paralleled reality? Maybe, highly unlikely. I love her energy and she has taught me a great deal, but boy oh boy do we disagree quite often.

First of all- couples don't need to be the same or to have the same qualities and beliefs, they can, and should be different form each other. i suggest that you read his book (Finding Ultra) to understand how their relationship started and grew, and what they have been through together. And even if you don't - son't make assumptions about people you don't really know.
