I find myself confused as to where I want to go or what population I want to work with as a social worker.

I still feel confused and I will graduate in May with my BSW. I am just going to work with any population I can get a job with.

This is great! I love the different options because I fell in love with social work because of my internships (undergrad) and volunteering. I love mentorship with "senior" social workers and especially with peers. I think this is so vital to avoiding burnout because other social workers just "get it" and can really support the connectivity in community self-care.

I studied life coaching for a long time, but didn't like the lack of standardization and oversight. Now I'm a BSW sophomore.

I love your videos, it's so informative and helpful. I do have one question ask that is which job in social Work is considered as the highly paid job. I would also like know about your experience as a social worker.

I did my BSW work in skilled nursing loved working with older adults, however did become burnt out on the paperwork side. Stepped away and now in education setting but still think about the healthcare system and gerontology! Any experience in medical social work?
