You could, you just get all of the blocks and then make it. Really time consuming but possible. window panes concrete dye get a sheep shaver for the grass use shrooms lights from Netherland etc and also lots of dirt so you can climb high enough to build it. Floating is flying mode and only in creative use dirt to stand on and bring shovel.
