What happens when you get completely obsessed with a new song by Imagine Dragons? Well, on top of a full-time job, you spend about 40 hours making a cover of it. Yes yes yes, and yes again. Great cover to a song I haven't even heard yet! What is it about Imagine Dragons that makes acapella artists do great covers, even when they're not doing them acapella? There must be something!
Because they're AWESOME! But I've moved pretty far away from just acapella, which this cover highlights in a big way haha
Dan Reynolds has a real knack for writing in sprung rhythm (technical poetic term like iambic pentameter only bloody difficult) it makes for particularly punchy lyrics.
Wow that was great 😊 Kind of similar to your cover of Enemy with the different tones to your voice like the difference in the rap ish part to the part where you have a more operatic sound. It all sounds awesome. (I hope my comment makes sense)
