Training in Dubai | NAS Facility

  • A little update on training so far this year! We were lucky enough to be given access to the NAS facility which is a world class training centre over in Dubai - housing all of the training spaces and equipment we could possibly need! So follow along for a behind the scenes look at the amazing facility and what we got up to whilst there!
Unfortunately our training camp cut short due to new travel restrictions in the UK, but a good base has been built and we hope to keep the momentum going from home as much as possible!

Great video. I strongly believe that lack of pool access is an opportunity for most. Too often we get "stuck" trying getting better at swimming ... endless laps in a pool = easy road to burnout (coming from a former D1 college swimmer here). Bringing joy back to triathlon!
