  • In this segment of Oklahoma Gardening Host Casey Hentges takes some stem cuttings from the garden to asexually propagate coleus to ensure that we have the same beautiful plants for next year.

    I have several different varieties. Pieces drop off and pop up everywhere even after a winter. I'm in deep South so maybe that's why. They seem to do really well. I dig them up with a pencil or chopsticks and pot them. Free plants. One I have is the dark purple and green. It's common here. But they do get huge. They are one of my favorite plants.
