I found packing so far in advance helped me immensely! I didn't forget anything, and if I needed anything as i packed, I still had plenty of time to go purchase it! I'm excited for you and your trip. I want to go back so bad!
i am the same way. I would rather be an over packer and have everything then try not to be one and forget a bunch of stuff we need. I always say "better to have it and not need ot than to need it and not have it." 😊
Over packing worked out great for us, as we ended up changing clothes before dinner (most) nights, cuz we all were so sweaty and gross. I could have done laundry there, sure, but I was on vacation! No laundry! LOL
After I made this video, I read that article too! I have to admit, with how crazy hot that sun was, not one of the four of us got a sunburn the whole 8 days we were there using the equate so I'll keep buying it. :-)
My mom always says "your way to early were going in 2 months " we really are i say "every time we go somewhere one of u guys forget something and that not gonna be me because I had 2 months to remeber"

I think you said you had a reservation at Be Our Guest on a day you were spending at your resort. Were you allowed to eat there without a park ticket that day? Maybe I misunderstood you. I thought you had to have a park ticket to eat at a restaurant inside the park.
Hi Meredith! We had a 7 day park hopper pass (our trip was 8 days/7 nights). We went to Be Our Guest for dinner then did a couple of rides afterwards. My plan was to take the kids to see an electrical parade or fireworks or something fun at night but they were just so exhausted by night they only wanted to go back to resort to sleep. :-( Thank you so much for watching!

I always pack well if we are going in the afternoon I will pack in the morning,if we are leaving in the morning I pack the night before
I actually saw a study of how well sunscreens work and that equate 50 spf was in the top 5.

What size zip lock bag did you use for your daughter's clothes?
I used gallon size ziplock bags for both kids. One outfit per bag, then I squeezed the air out of each bag before packing. :-)

Did you know that you can leave bags at guest relations at the parks? Or make a stop at your resort and leave the luggage with them? Enjoy your trip
