    I been messing around attempting to fix / upgrade ton's of DC 775 and 550 canned motor's for a couple of year's now and what I learned form this guy just in this video is some of the best info on every from tearing down to rebuilding. You saved me a lot of trial and error thanks.

    Очень много двигателей можно не заказывать с китая, а восстанавливать неспеша самим.

    @Dave_en Před 2 lety +3

    Winding can be done in both sides simultaneously. That would minimize the difference in resistance of each coil and enhance overall performance of the motor.
    Otherwise your system of winding is very much systematic using number tags on various parts of the rotor.

    olha o nível de cuidado que ele tem com as coisas ! Queria um dia chegar nesse nível. O lado ruim da construção do motor foi porcausa da cola, nunca é bom colar qualquer coisa pra melhorar a fixação. Eu tinha um fone de ouvido onde o conector p3 estava apertando os contatos provocando mal contato. Depois de tirar a borracha de vedação e só ter colocado fita isolante por cima , não apertou mais os fios por dentro e não deu mais problema. Meio ruim também do fornecedor não ter feito a quantidade de enrolamentos iguais para as cinco bobinas da armadura, bem óbvio que isso foi resultado de falha humana por conta de ter feito manualmente.

    Lijadora excéntrica recargable PAEXS 20-Li A1 estás se estropean mucho me duró un año y no la use mucho. Estaría bien que encontraras una y averiguaras los problemas que vienen de fábrica. También la fresadora de 12v un fracaso tuve que reclamar tres veces y sin problema me mandaron la máquina. Pero a todas se les estropea el motor. Y sin hacer mucho esfuerzo. Te escribo esto porque estoy viendo que eres un genio. Un saludo cordial
