I donot remember any other course things' from my school time other than Julius Caesar, Rime of ancient mariner, The road not taken.
And I opted for BA English & then MA English and have never regretted the decision.

Arpita, stop misleading students. Rather than saying you should not go for this and this course you can simply tell them the disadvantages as well as advantages, and should completely leave it to them. Just for the sake of making a video don't mislead students. Being a youtuber does not mean you are always on point
yes , in my case i also dnt know much about english language before joining BA English course . but i chooses this only becz of learning english language through the whole course time frame . Now my second year exam is coming i m becoming better day by day . .

@@razzz_01x Yes, you can learn these skills, prepare side by side for SSC, and focus on your vocab and communication skills, this will help you in both. But give SSC priority. and try to prepare accordingly.

You haven't wasted money tbh! But u will waste much more if u get into any college anyway! Also if you think u have wasted already much money why to waste your life? Anatomy sucks. Biochem is okayish but u don't get time to read it and physio is excellent but we're expected to write exactly from the book! Where is the fluidity in medicine? Nowhere certainly....
If I were at your place, I'd have taken enormous courage and would've said no to neet. Trust me it'd be worth it. And regarding money and reputation that come alongwith mbbs is a misnomer because u r already exhausted at the end of medicine . The thing is this that if u don't like it don't take it. Don't become another one

Functional English= linguistics studies and more in-depth grammatical and practical methodological approach (probably)

I'm pursuing B.A. English ( Sol Du ). when I was in 10th I became poor at Mathematics, science and Worst Indian politics and I had no other option to choose in Intermediate. At that time I had only interest in English, later after 10th I started speaking practice and I did it. I wanted to do job due to financial issues I thought I would pursue by distance and I found English easy for me to write in exams, and. more I had no other ways left. I took English honours, I'm not interested in Competitive exams. My dream is different and course is different. But it is said that do what you like ❤ I like English language and literature by reading novel we can change our nation and this world.

I just completed my 10th grade and really dont know what to prepare for. Noone in my house is pressuring me but they still want me to become a lawyer whereas i want to have literature as my career choice. But now that i think about it, i cant tell them what i actually feel. They all are just so excited for me preparing for clat. On the other hand i am not even sure if literature would still be nice for career. It just feels like something mine... This exhausts me everytime i think about it and tbh i cant even talk about this to anyone, although my friends are nice still something just stops me and now i feel so overwhelming about this!!

Your language skills will still increase nonetheless. My grammar was somewhat fine when I was in school provided the fact I used to top English every time and that was the only paper I used to top. I was also a favourite of my English teachers. However, having English as my second language, my spoken English wasn't that good. Went for English and by the end of my graduation course, my teachers presented me as an example to my juniors who came from a similar background and believe that they'll never be able to speak English. Then again, almost 70% of my postgraduation classmates can't speak English at all.
Ma'am, you inspire me a lot but what about a person who got 40% in English Honours and 55% in M.A English does that person still have a chance to become a professor?

You don't have to worry about it. In CUET you're asked to select the subjects you've previously took in your 12th.
