      @@barsark254 for real. teleporters everywhere. We started around the same time but I didn't do LV or FB cause I didn't know when they started for the longest lol. Aw5 milky +40 aw5 chronos +40 aw10 earth +31. You are a modern day scholar of global bro. I've just been following korean advice but couldn't help but notice how skewed the cursing made global. Will look into investing in imperial coat and mystic helm

    Given that defense is a flat mitigation and helps keep you at a threshold, do you recommend we pump defense over health then for pvp

      2 ways to think of it. Personally I think saintly and celestial are great but traps for matchmaking. They inflate your cp far too high relative to your attack and you'll end up in an unfavourable match up too frequently. Dmg reduction and hp I think are op while defense I think is too hard to stack compared to attack. After a certain point of attack the defense is meaningless while dmg reduction has an enormous value while if you have a plus 99 boot and chest piece for defense in some mythical world dmg reduction has little to no value to you because you mitigate so much naturally. For our version right now I say the optimal is dmg reduction from for example asterite armor and overlord helm while doing enhancements focused on gloves and head piece over defense. But like everything else the optimal can change drastically based on your targets. If I have at 3m cp a person with only 21 curses attacking me I'm not worried about dmg reduction I need defense they hit so low my flat mitigation is huge, but if annakr drops a kona bomb on me at 140k attack my defense is basically imaginary and I need that dmg reduction which you can only get from a couple pieces of gear and some familiars and food. Rimu molten kona setup gives around 40% dmg reduction at a7 to 10 if you're big whallin lol

      @@barsark254 thank you for the detailed response. I think we are on the same page. Just having trouble deciding whether to stay with saintly or swap to mystic before I pump curses into them. I could always pump curses into berserkers since it's unlikely I'll get more SR copies

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Really appreciate the insight. Intuitively I would tend to agree with you that due to the abundance of other sources, atk speed/chronos is not as valuable as crit rate. I wanted to ask as to why your crit resist rate is 0%. My initial understanding of critical damage and resist is that critical rate is the probability that a critical hit is procc'd and the critical stat pertains to how much that critical bonus is; in parallel, crit resist rate is the probability of whether the receiver of damage will resist critical and crit resist pertains to how much is resisted (i.e. How much of the attacker's crit bonus is negated) . By this mindset, my understanding is your 0% crit resist rate means you are unable to actually tap into your crit resist stat. Would you care to elaborate your understanding of it?       Great question you are correct it is possible to completely nullify critical currently in North America version as there are not enough sources of crit rate % relative to equal sources of crit resist rate %. What you're likely missing is i run the crab in pvp decks which has a crit res rate % of 10/15/20 at the respective awakening levels. The flat crit res or crit stats may be pve only there's a chance that they do nothing in pvp but the Korean dev team did say that it is related to rate of occurrence not dmg reduction from. Crit dmg taken rate % is the reductive stat and crit dmg on weapons is actually crit damage increase rate. I should mention tho relating to cronos if you have a 10 super rares elemental ones with 50% dmg on them and multiple 9% dmg passive familiars and a maxed milky as well for an excessive amount of another dmg modifier then the cronos relative value will be much higher, arguably better than the fire or earth weapons but as you likely understand this is a multiplicative sweet spot game where we are trying to determine what modifiers have the highest relative value to us individually

      @@barsark254 Thanks a bunch for taking the time to respond. I currently have an a0 overlord, a7 mystic, and a9 saintly with resources to bring them up to 6* +21. Based on my understanding of what you've said before, I should invest in either mystic or overlord (guessing mystic because of the low awakening on the overlord) but give it evasion gems as flat crit resist stats are felt to be negligible at this time, at least in the context of pvp formats. Does that sound about right?

      @@hw7504 the only thing questionable is whether flat stats have any bearing in pvp at all because rate % stats seem to have all the control. Mystic prevents crit entirely if paired with crab in deck so that's a huge survivability gain
