Elsa really likes Lancing Beach Green parkrun so we went along to battle the wind and build on Elsa's recent enjoyment of running. She can fall in and out of love with running and at the moment we are on the up!!

I did Hastings Park Run yesterday, which is also on the seafront and can confirm there was an icy cold, strong wind ! 🥶 So well done Elsa for getting a P.B, definitely more to come 👍 Thanks for filming.
