- Here we are, the grand finale to the project I've worked on for "Project Wingman OST With Dialog". This has been one I actually started a while back before the others, but shelved it. Then when the Orchestra versions came out, I felt it was appropriate to reconsider this idea. The Rise and Fall of Crimson is a compilation of all Crimson encounters, and gives a Soundtrack/Audioplay vibe of Crimson going from fame to insanity. I really hope you all enjoy this final piece I edited, in dedication to the Project Wingman team, Sector D2 and Jose Pavli's amazing music.

I love how bat shit insane Project Wingman's antagonist is. Like Max0r said, Crimson 1's sole motivation is projection, and it's hilarious in an almost tragic way. My only thing with the video would be to subtitle the dialogue in the captions, since some of it gets lost in the sound effects and soundtrack, and it can be hard to differentiate voices at times. Other than that, perfection.
I can add subtitles but it'll be a little while as it takes a bit of time. (CZcams subtitle system is a little glitchy) appreciate the feedback, I'll look into it :)

@Beats I believe Monarch and Crimson are both not meant to be good guys.
On the one hand, Monarch did help Cascadis gain independence, but was he doing it for Cascadia, or was it for himself? Maybe even for something much bigger *cough* **The Deal** *cough*
Crimson went too far dropping Cordium bombs, but part of why I liked him as a villain, it's as if he was driven insane over time because he thought what he was doing was right, but Monarch took that away from him.
In a way it is Monarch's fault, but it is also Crimson's fault.
@Beats I think Kaiser could go mad with power after his reward from cascasia in a sequel.
Alternatively a prequel called "project wingman: crimson" could be awesome giving us some backstory to our favourite very angry nuclear enthusiast.
Perhaps telling us about a personal vendetta against California foreshadowing his "solution" for ultimate "liberation".
Or perhaps he did a top gun and lost his WSO in a botched ejection leading to rage from lack of waifu material. That would be a good excuse to get some of his rage voice lines.
Either playing as crimson 1, or one of his squadron.
They might not bother but crimson was such a brilliant character part of me wants to see more.
In some intense moments of the game we might even see a tiny amount of the insanity bleed through his cool persona.
One of his signature chuckles when the battle gets too crazy and he orders crimson to do something suicidal for the sake of victory.

"The deal will be honored" will always give me the chills. Cause sure you get paid but the fucking cost of it all just hits you all at once. Especially if it's your first run, cause to you, everyone you've been serving with is just gone. Wiped off the earth.
Your wingmen, Galaxy, and Sicario's leader all survive. There's some epilogue text in the game itself in the database.

Glad you did such a finale, apotheosis of the Project Wingman drama.
To be honest, Crimson's obcession over killing Monarch has some ground. His presence is the determining factor in major battles across the countries. And killing him would help turn the tide the other way.
I use this music in my Arma campaigns. A full 30 minutes of crimson is exactly what I needed!

Perhaps I am dumb but where can I find clean audio of Crimson 1's dialogue?
Even though this was a great game. Crimson 1 always felt like he lacked something. Personally I don't mind keeping him the way he is but I'll change one thing. And that would be that monarch was actually once on crimson squadron before he faked his death and joined up with some mercs. That way it will justify Crimson 1 obsession with you.
There was someone who justified it but I don't remember the video, unfortunately. And it's been a while so I am just going to try and remember most of what they said with my own comprehension of it
Basically Crimson just thought that in this world "protagonists" don't exist. A singular person cannot change the world the only way to change it is through United rule. A group of people. Then...Here comes Monarch changing the entire course of the war by himself! Ranking kills over kills, basically securing air superiority by himself. Crimson who thought that it was impossible just began snapping and losing it the more the story progressed. Seeing the very thing he wanted to be at first just reality-check him over and over again is infuriating don't ya think? Thus the obsession.
When you take him down in the third encounter that laugh says it all. Bro had enough! And....well...we know what happens then. One final hail mary to take the very thing he opposed, all those years wasted fighting for a federation that annexed his country only for a random ass merc to free it

"Landing" is in the original soundtrack for the game. It's one of the last songs on the album.
