I thought he might have cheated when he killed the Second Skeleton because it's head didnt light up red when he hit it, but then using Framejumps (, and .) I saw that the first one dropped the skull and the second one picked it up

It's interesting to compare Luke's skill gap. At the beginning of his first hardcore world, he didn't know that run-jumping was faster. Now, he speed jumps off blocks and manipulates stocks like a proper entrepreneur

So Luke, the reason the caves and cliffs don't seem any different is because the 1.17 update was really only an ore and block update which also added goats and axolotls. 1.18 will change cave and terrain generation since they had to break up the original update since it got too big.
I really don't see why splitting it in two, just take more time to make a single update, i won't mind waiting like an extra year for a update like this

@Josoe You don't hear bedrock players complaining about village and pillage being split up into loads of pieces. I mean last time a java update got split was the adventure update, so you are probably just used to the whole thing coming out at once.

The 15 wither skeletons and 3 skulls were actually pretty lucky, since with looting three the chance is 5,5%, meaning that normally it would take 54,5 wither skeletons for 3 skulls, and you killed only 15 wither skeletons. Concluding that you were 3.5 times as lucky, than normally.

Most of the "caves" part of the update was delayed until sometime between now and the new year and the deep dark won't he here until ANOTHER update next year. You can see the new caves and world gen in the snapshots, though. They're very cool!

The world generation is coming in 1.18, December. The only thing that got delayed was the deep dark. The Lush caves and Driostone caves are still coming as scheduled.

The massive caves and cliffs are only added in 1.18, or by risking a laggy experience by using a snapshot. Until 1.18, massive new features will only be in snapshots, hence why there is a lack of this in the video.

19:11 you actually got a skull after the first skeleton, the second one picked it up and wore it lmao. You can tell because when you attacked the second skeleton, the skull didn't turn red like it normally should.
