Hello. Cassava flour would not yield the same results. I personally haven’t tried it with sweet potatoes, so I can’t say if it’ll work. It may work with a firmer yam, but the ingredients would have to adjusted. Do you have any Asian stores in your area? If I may ask, where are you located? Thanks!

You can although it will come out more like a cake with cassava flavor and not have the same texture. You also may need 1/4th tsp baking powder.
