@@quynhanhnn do you ever get blind sometimes while your eyes are open and something in your head makes you hear an excruciating ring sound that is not constant? It’s like a bell gong hits once but it is ridiculously higher and sounds like some sort of scream. It’s painful.
@@okipullup6103 why was that so random but I actually experience it. I go to a military style school and we have these parades outside. I would get lightheaded and everything starts to go black and I can't see anything. I usually don't even noticed that that has happened until I gain back my vision a few seconds later. Then I start hearing these siren like noises and for some reason they sound like they're far away but so close so idk.

I'm having a hard time with my ED right now and it might sound stupid, but your videos are so helpful, you just show me how to enjoy food instead of fearing it. You always look happy and "into it", i just can't be demotivated when i see you eating. I wish you the best, have a great time and never lose you smile
Same here. My body will succumb if I don't eat and I am having so much breakdowns a day if there's any mention of the food that I have to eat, it's exhausting, both physically and mentally. But her videos are sunshines❤

I struggled for years with an ED, I’m still working on it. Remind yourself of the things you’re grateful your body can do, and that food is fuel to allow you to do all of the things you want to be able to do.
Not weird at all, when I was in the thick of healing my ED, watching mukbangs and food shows helped tremendously, ppl truly passionate about food❤sending love
I love her shorts so much she is not afraid of recording her self eating in public something I can never do because people will start staring at you which is kinda awkward but she doesn't care at all what people think

Three years away from Singapore, on 6th of December, next month and I am still homesick! We left during the pandemic, while they were still under lockdown so we couldn’t meet up and say goodbye to everybody we wanted to (after 36 years of calling it home,) so we feel a bit cheated.
I have a takeout chinese place where i live and i roder scallion pancakes every time crispy filled with scallions amd they have that garlic soy vinegar sauce i ask it to be extra spicy with extra garlic and its easily my favorite onlh thing to male it better is if they added sesame oil
