500F ultracapacitor tractor starter

in this video I've wanted underline which are the electric specifications to consider in order to replace effectively a lead acid battery. The ultracapacitor lifetime may be assumed equal to the tractor's one.

How long will it hold a charge? Do the capacitors discharge on their own when hooked up to a battery? I mean do they leak energy all the time?
