My husband planning to move at saint John’s FL but my concerns is Flood, Hurricane, Alligator, Bugs, traffic and many more also the Living expenses is sky rocketing now. All houses is 200K plus price. Other than that I would be happy to moved there since my husband is military retired and wants to live close to beach.

Thanks for the Video. I just Subscribed to your channel planning a week getaway with the Family soon there. Never really visited the Eastern part of Florida so I'm kinda excited about it. Usually always doing Panama and Destin so we're definitely happy to Visit St. Augustine. Any one have recommendations on hotels. Thanks

Some of my clients have enjoyed staying at the Casa Monica-It is a bit pricey. Alternative is the Holiday Inn at Vilano Beach- it’s new or the Doubletree Hilton, downtown Saint Augustine, or the new Homewood suites in downtown Saint Augustine. I would love to move there Iam kinda worry due to hearing snakes and alligator with having children just wanted to ask about that ? Would love to move there by next year.

What’s posted on social media often times an exaggeration of what it’s really like living here in Northeast Florida. This area of Florida I honestly can count on my hand how many times I’ve seen a snake in or an alligator. Normally, you would need to be in a very heavily wooded area to have these occurrences often.
