@TheWalterGetz pau ferro, is cheaper alternative to rosewood but you know, for half the price of a USA strat, it's fine, you could have a tele and strat for the price of a built in USA, how cool would that be!! 😎
How so? Maybe I'm a bit dumb but I have 3 fender guitars, one with rosewood neck, one maple and one pau ferro and I only notice any difference from the pickups, not the neck? Not even the feel, tbh 😅
@@TheWalterGetzI have had a Gretsch w/Rosewood, Explorer w/Ebony, 2 Epi’s w/Rose & a 70’s USA Strat w/Maple neck & I think for me, Maple & the Ebony Fretboards tie for playability. I am looking to buy a new guitar this weekend & I think I’m going for a Maple fretboard. In fact, I don’t even look at anything else. To me the darker woods always feel “sticky”, except the Ebony Fretboard I had on the Gibson Explorer. I’m leaning towards a Fender Player HSS FR since it’s in my budget range with the features I want.
@@TheWalterGetz Yea with guitar, sorry should have been more specific, looking at purchasing but after watching some reviews of people complaining of issues they had out of the box, im a little weary…I guess a few are bound to not be upto par but the majority should meet QC standards…Thanks for the reply👍🏾
I love the clean look of this guitar
These are incredible guitars....& 99% of the strat players actually don't need anything more than this....
Agree!
The sunburst is classic but when I saw one in alpine white I fell to my knees and wept
Agree, white is amazing. I wish white one was in stock that day )
Buttersoft caught my eyes planning to get it soon
@@Deaf-mind9sss or hss ?
They are such good value but imo darker wood fretboard sounds better
Maybe, but it depends. Previously I owned Player Jaguar with pau ferro, and the board itself does not feel right to my hands.

@djizzah sometimes it’s better to have one “full” instrument instead of two “half”s))

Any issues out of the box mate?
With the guitar? Nope. I had Player Jaguar and it had ones, but this guitar is pretty good)
