How To Make the ‘Ultimate Green Super Juice’ in the Nama J2

- Good morning fellow CZcamsrs. This recipe is the 'Ultimate Green Refresher', one of the bonus recipes in Jason’s Juice & Blend Diet. For this plan, Jason picked the best juice and blend recipes from his 25-year back catalogue and combined them into one revolutionary plan. Here’s what you need…
INGREDIENTS
1 small handful of Spinach
1 small handful of Kale
½ small Cucumber
¼ small Courgette / Zucchini
1 spear Asparagus
1 inch / 2.5 cm Broccoli Stem or 2 florets
1 stalk Celery
1 Pear
1 Apple (Gala or Delicious)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the produce to the hopper in the order given. Close the lid. Turn on and let the Nama J2 do its thing!

When we were little my mother used to give us raw potato juice mixed with lemon juice and olive oil. Only about 2-4 ounces each. She said it was good for our stomach. I loved the flavor.

You got any recipes that include juicing Tumeric mate?
I like to add tumeric to the ginger shot. Its a power house of a shot! So, 1 apple, a chunk of ginger and a small chunk of tumeric root 🔥Amy@JuicyHQ
If its green you have to add lemon juice because of oxalates.
PLEASE REMOVE THE WHITE WRITING FROM THE SCREEN. NOT ONLY IS IT DISTRACTING BUT YOUR VIDEO IS VERY DIFFICULT TO WATCH. HARD ON THE EYES.
