I can so relate to the whole "waiting to do things until I feel better" mentality. I put off so many things - work, socializing, self-care, household chores, etc. bc I don't feel my best. I of course think it's OK and necessary to take breaks when you feel off sometimes but I also think that sometimes just forcing ourselves to do things and be productive when we are struggling actually makes us feel better afterwards. I think if we feel off and then we refrain from being productive for too long it can actual fuel our feelings of anxiety and depression and make us feel worse. It can become a viscous cycle. Procrastinating is a huge part of perfectionism which I definitely struggle with but I try and tell myself to just do it - take one small step/do one small task - and almost always I am able to get into productive mode and feel better. It's that initial step that's the hardest.
I relate so much to what you have written 😊 I usually try to assign myself one small task to do every day, so that they don't pile up and overwhelm me.
I've been here since 2016 and girl let me tell you...you have the most amazing energy and the kindest soul! Even if we don't communicate in the most organic way, you changed my life! Yes! I do desire for others to love me and accept me and it is okay, I guess. No matter how much you love yourself, there's gonna be a teeny-tiny part of you that desires love from others. And if they do give that love, I am open to receiving it with a grateful heart but even if they don't, I know it is okay and I am fine with it. My love for myself will always be enough and the love I will be receiving will be just an extra, like a cherry on the top of the cake. And one always enjoys a cake, be it with or without a cherry!

I don't know if this helps in any way but from my stand point and my job I can tell you that you spend less time in from of a laptop than a person that works in a call center, and if people in a call center are ok (except from maybe hating their job) then you hould be fine
How do you manage to not feel so overwhelmed all the time by allllll the content and side hustles/sites/brands that you have???? I aspire to be that way lol. I’m an HSP (and have ADHD) and lately if I have like 3+ things to do in a day I’m overwhelmed.
Happy Halloween, I think I do this I work 12hrs night shift was part time but recently gone full time. So from 2 nights I’ve went to 3 nights plus overtime. But I think of oh I need to do house chores, exercise etc. But I’m a perfectionist and very judgmental to myself. So either I exhaust myself doing things or tell myself I’ll do it when I feel better . Then not do anything for days I joined spinning classes which I did loved in the past. But yet to actually go to one because of procrastination. Does anyone have this thing where they think they can only exercise in the morning not late evening? If I can’t get it in the morning I end up not exercising.

Happy Halloween, I think I do this I work 12hrs night shift was part time but recently gone full time. So from 2 nights I’ve went to 3 nights plus overtime. But I think of oh I need to do house chores, exercise etc. But I’m a perfectionist and very judgmental to myself. So either I exhaust myself doing things or tell myself I’ll do it when I feel better . Then not do anything for days I joined spinning classes which I did loved in the past. But yet to actually go to one because of procrastination. Does anyone have this thing where they think they can only exercise in the morning not late evening? If I can’t get it in the morning I end up not exercising.
