How do you reposition a whole body paralyzed patient?
Carefully
You'd likely need two people, one to hold their position while the other places all the pillowing, unless they're smaller and lighter patient
missed the pillow at the end of the feet to keep it 90 degrees
This is all messed up lol YOU NEVER WORK OVER A SIDERAIL!

How long do we keep the client in lateral position for each time?
2 hours is the maximum amount of time someone should stay in a position if they cannot change the position themselves. Generally once an hour is good.
That's right 2 hours the most.
