@@ivanangeli thank you for your concern, I am far from home now, in western part of Ukraine. We all want it to end as soon as possible. We have internet in every part of Ukraine except where war took a very bad turn, such as Mariupol. CZcams is a small relief for me, so I usually watch news and different videos from our president. Was very glad to see a video dedicated to Ukraine from CZcamsr I adore and whose videos I love.

You may have heard the saying that war brings out the true colors of people. Zelenskyy's true colors were revealed and he showed the whole world that he is willing to stay within Ukraine and suffer with the air raids, the bombings, and the risk of being killed.
I went to Lviv last summer, from Germany to Ukraine. I met the most nicest people ever. I saw several flags of the UPA but it didn't bother me. The Ukrainian people are without a doubt the kindest people in all of Europe. I felt like I was at home (mainly because I am partially of Ukrainian descent). Not only are they nice, but they are very resilient as we have seen with the progress of the war. I don't know what will come in the future, but you should be proud that the Ukrainian people are actively resisting imperialism, as Putin has clearly shown.
Take good care of yourself and your friends and family. Слава Україні!
@@leer1698 thank you for your kind words, I am proud to be a Ukrainian, unfortunately in such a harsh time for all of us, not only for Ukrainians. We try our best to stay true to ourselves and without a doubt we wouldn't make it without the help of other countries. I'm glad you liked Lviv, maybe one day you can come to Odesa, a beautiful city near the Black Sea. We hope and pray that one day this terror will be over, but unfortunately people who sacrificed their lives for freedom will never come back to their loved ones. You must live a very sheltered life. Straightening pieces up is hardly a rarity. I do it, my cousin does it...in fact most people I know who build with LEGO do it. You also need to ask yourself, is it truly OCD (as in, a life altering disorder) or is just an obsessive attention to detail leading to compulsions to have things neat and orderly? That's not a disorder, it's just a character trait.
@@X22GJP jumping to conclusions r we? I never said people don't straighten pieces. I said "does the same thing I do to straighten up pieces" referring to using the plate. And when most people say "My OCD" they just mean their obsessive behavior. And I would say it isn't "just a character trait" but rather the slightest bit of the same thing that people with full blown OCD have. Like most mental disorders there r levels of severity.
the real question is do you try to line up the Lego logo on each stud, I do that, and it's pain (for pins I line up the mold marks

Hello Justin and Kristal! I asked you a silly question about learning French on one of the streams saying I wanted to move to Canada one day. You probably don't remember me :) Anyway, I fled Kyiv to Austria with my mom and two cats, and I guess I don't really want to move anywhere anymore. I mean, I would like to stay and help make my home country its best self. This probably isn't the way to talk about countries, but Ukraine... Hoping so hard to get back as soon as possible. Ukraine back to normal and us back to Ukraine.

You could build them in a larger scale with more details and auction them. LEGO oughts to sponsor such an effort. A beatifuel addition would be the Kiev Pechersk Lavra monastery, it's also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

I have so much Lego so I likely could build it with existing parts, but would love to support this by buying the manual with the brick list for 15 or 20 Euro maybe. Is that available somewhere?

Я народився в Києві. І нещодавно втік до Маінталю (бо навпроти мого будинку влаштовано блок пост військових). Проживаю з батьками і двома молодшими браттями у квартирі воолонтерів . Дуже приємно бачити знайомі будівлі. Я вдячний за таку можливість побудувати Лего версії видатних архітектурних пам'яток Києва.
I was born in Kyiv. And recently I fled to Maintal (because there is a military checkpoint in front of my house). I live with my parents and two younger brothers in an apartment of volunteers. It is very nice to see familiar buildings. I am grateful for this opportunity to build Lego versions of outstanding architectural monuments of Kyiv.

At home i have a lot of LEGO details, cause of putin invaded on Ukraine i left them at home and my family went to another city to be safe. After it ends I'd like to build this places.

that is not how this system works. If you want to generate extra ad revenue, you have to watch more ads which are run against this video. Just clicking on the title doesn't even increase the view counter, as you'd need to watch a substantial amount of the video for it to count
