I understand that you believe your poking holes in this and logic flaws, but I assure you that the more you intend to learn - the more different aspects of this will make sense. Allow me to do my best to go through the various questions and inquiries of yours to explain it. Firstly, we have to understand that these are archetypes that we are dealing with, and not PURELY the physical manifestation of a thing. When I say “everything in creation” - what it means is that certain cards actually represent “the possibility of any X” - such as, the possibility of any emotion, thought, creative spark, or even physical creation”. Thus you might see that literally all of creation can come into existence by the very nature of the archetypal “four elements” - which represent much more than the physical four elements, but those are included as well - for as above, so below. The major arcana for example - includes any possible experience therin, and thus we not only have the basis for all of the different aspects of life, but the basis for all of our experiences within that. It is through direct experience that we come to know and understand the nature of reality - even within your experiences it is how you have come to logically understand things. This idea alone can be an answer to many of your questions. “The Known and the Unknown” for example - is described by the four Holy Arcana cards, as well as the Four Aces and the Fool, Magician, and Priestess - who represent very high aspects on the Tree of Life, (watch that series to learn more, Spirit Science 35) - and creative forces that bring much of what we call “the universe” into being. Again, we are dealing with archetypes here - the point is that we CAN’T know everything - and thus the cards do their best to represent that very idea. Also I believe if you listen to the dialogue it says “these sciences and philosophies” so i consider them both, because they really are two sides of the same coin, such as the left brain and the right brain. You’re asking if theres no evidence, why discuss it - because the correlations are perfect with each other, and suggest that the Tarot was embedded into society in secret to allow mankind to become familiar with the symbology without being demonized by the dogmatic christian rule at the time. “Ancient Sciences” are a legit thing, for example: Kabbalah (of which the Tarot synchronizes with harmoniously) is considered the Hidden Science, because it deals with the hidden forces of reality. The reason they’re ancient isn’t because their understanding was replaced by something better, but because for literally A THOUSAND YEARS christianity dumbed down the masses by burning all of the knowledge in the library of alexandria and imposed a “Jesus is All and ASK NO QUESTIONS” rulership. When we came out of it, we were so sick of religion that we threw the ancient mysteries out with it - understandable, because we hardly had any comprehension of it because so much knowledge and wisdom was lost. This also relates with what you said about changing understanding, and i appreciate the back-handed insult, but ACTUALLY - my understanding is changing and developing all of the time almost to no end - and if you took the time to know me (which I don’t believe you have), you might actually learn something new. Just saying ;) Swords are one of the most interesting elements because of their relationship to the others and how it even comes into being. This is archetypal air - the center point and union of all other elements - it has no motion of its own but yet reacts perfectly to every single other force in creation. The mind is also very sharp - just as your questions have demonstrated perfectly, and so the Swords as a representation of thoughts fits very well - as most people would know, its very easy to get in your head and start spinning with a thousand different ideas at once - which can easily lead to confusion and frustration - OR a clear headed mind and very purposeful creation. Usually when I say Vibrations I’m referring to the movement of all of the different forces that make creation happen - particles and waves in every dimension. Everything is Light vibrating at different densities - even what we call physical reality is little particles of light, and you can get this easily by studying quantum physics. And to answer your final question - I actually constantly study and reflect upon the wisdom of others and adjust my position, but that doesn’t make my outlook any less spiritual, if anything it makes it more spiritual, because i’m not looking to destroy my spirituality, but enhance it and evolve it. As you suggest, maybe thoughts are simply a matrix of physical properties within the physical brain... or, maybe the physical matrix is a physical reflection of the less tangible substance of reality. For example, how is it possible that sometimes inventors on the opposite sides of the planet invent the exact same thing at the exact same time with no contact or relationship to each other? This phenomenon and much more like it have demonstrated that regardless of the physical relationships that we find between the brain and our thoughts, we also find that thoughts and feelings appear to connect us all together beyond the physical in ways that we are only beginning to understand through for example - quantum physics. Did you know recently the Double Slit experiment was demonstrated to work from the other side of the planet by simply meditating on the experiment? That doesn’t sound like thoughts are purely in our brains at all - and the work of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and many other scientists like Rupert Sheldrake and Amit Goswami have been showing that its more of an intangible “field” like the electromagnetic field which penetrates all of us and relates thoughts between us all too. I been using tarot card for a few months now and it really does work. It’s all about setting your intentions before you start work. It helps with guidance and understanding. Trust me people stop holdtback and let the energy do the work.
Further to my last... just to touch on the stigma that surrounds tarot today... if one studies quantum physics one understands that when calculating particle movement it all comes down to probability. That is the basic current understanding of the fundamental movements of particles. Since all our lives are impacted in every way by particle movement it stands to reason that the only way to interpret the universe or “divine” the universe would be to employ a method of chance to translate probability back into stable substance. When one rolls a die, the probability of the universe is in action...when the die comes to rest...the probable outcome has been cemented into reality and you have the universe’s answer to your question... same goes for shuffling a deck ...the shuffle is the probability in action...and once done shuffling and a card is turned up (or better yet jumps out as you shuffle) that is probability realized...by the universe...or source...or god...or whatever makes you comfortable. It’s rooted in science...not Satan.
I think it's much easier to believe in absolutely nothing, which is part of the reason we in America at least have this huge "closed-minded" problem. AND whenever people (aka my own dad) pose the question to me if tarot is "good or bad" the first thing i say is GOOD and BAD are relative earthly words, if your still following think of good or bad as negative or positive. Everything has some sort of negative or positive to it. Tarot is just a tool... how you use it is determined by your intention for it. You could even think of it on a vibrational level as well, each Tarot card creates a particular energetic frequency, as the card reader learns, studies and practices with their deck they are able to understand patterns or frequencies of life its self. Thats where it can go negative or positive depending on the intention because if your intention is to harm someone or co-create a negative reality for them well.... BUT for positive results each card reader would essentially co-create an experience for you with the vibration you give off, and whatever higher universal vibrations that speak to them in combination with their own study of each cards vibration. This enables them to then physically map out a sequence of relating energies.. and even from there the way the cards are interpreted is important bc someone with a negative spirit might read the cards with a more negative perception seemingly making them "bad or evil" because they might be depicting an important energetic change in your life thats not "good or bad" but maybe a necessary change that you need in your life to become more true to yourself...perception is everything... maybe im rambling but do ya get me ??
I actually own a Tarot deck. The Thoth tarot deck actually ^-^ Personally, my belief wise mainly is the concept of how lucky we, as creatures, are to exist on this planet, in this unpredictable chaos that is our universe. I respect earth, the moon, the sun, and I keep in mind that no matter what, as long as the earth, sun, or moon exists, everything will be alright. I don't push my beliefs onto others, to those thinking I'm one of those who basically use their beliefs as a defining characteristic. Right now I'm just explaining my daily motivation. :) I'm motivated by nature as a whole. Hell, back then I used to view life as a straight line. A series of meaningless tasks we're confined to. However, now I view it as a circle. Everything comes back and stays the same. But it doesn't mean things haven't changed along the way...think of it as a snowy hill. Every once in a while, there are so many tracks from sled after sled of experience, ideas, etc. And eventually. Everything just falls back into these patterns. But as time goes on, more snow is added. And once again, new tracks can be made. I realize at any point in time. Life as a whole isn't always set in stone. Anything could change, you could change, I could change, we call can change at any point in time. Where you are now, your existence, that is all that matters.

Still not sure how I feel about tarot. I identify and a Mormon but I also fully believe in and practice energy work. These cards do seem interesting though I’m still nervous about them. Wow. Tarot is my favorite method of divination. When I got into it, I became more interested in the theory of the Tarot than the practice of fortune telling. I am interested by the journey of the major arcana as well as the journey through each suit. I do like how you switched the association of fire from active to spiritual. It fit better with the other suits that way. They are all based on ideas as opposite to motions. I use to have an element system like this. Then I switched fire and air. So here is how it goes. Earth is physical. Fire is intellectual. Water is ethical. Air is spiritual. I do this to make the contrasts more distinctive and understandable. I consider physical and spiritual to be opposites. So they go with the opposite elements of earth and air respectively. I consider intellectual and ethical to be opposites. So they go with the opposites of fire and water respectively. Your tarot deck is beautiful, just like the art style of your videos. If you are going to do a huge project, this is a great way to go. I can understand that designing and drawing pictures for all decks takes a lot of time. I think it is time well spent. I would like to learn more about the link of tarot with other esoteric New Age systems. I thought this would go without saying on this channel. However we got to talk about it. Tarot is not Satanic! Period. End of story. The Tarot has no explicit claim to be Satanic. Therefore it is not Satanic. Anyone that says otherwise is smearing the Tarot, and unfairly trying to prevent people from using it. Granted the Tarot does have a Devil card. I have gipsy cards and I read them to friends sometimes. I never took them seriously and to me they're just a game. But I realised that they have helped me and other people to look at their lives from a more objektive point of view. +brandon day Hi Brandon! Thank you for all of your amazing questions! I appreciate the logical and linear mindset you bring to this, and your inquiry into understanding. I understand that you believe your poking holes in this and logic flaws, but I assure you that the more you intend to learn - the more different aspects of this will make sense.
Allow me to do my best to go through the various questions and inquiries of yours to explain it.
Firstly, we have to understand that these are archetypes that we are dealing with, and not PURELY the physical manifestation of a thing. When I say “everything in creation” - what it means is that certain cards actually represent “the possibility of any X” - such as, the possibility of any emotion, thought, creative spark, or even physical creation”. Thus you might see that literally all of creation can come into existence by the very nature of the archetypal “four elements” - which represent much more than the physical four elements, but those are included as well - for as above, so below. The major arcana for example - includes any possible experience therin, and thus we not only have the basis for all of the different aspects of life, but the basis for all of our experiences within that. It is through direct experience that we come to know and understand the nature of reality - even within your experiences it is how you have come to logically understand things.
This idea alone can be an answer to many of your questions. “The Known and the Unknown” for example - is described by the four Holy Arcana cards, as well as the Four Aces and the Fool, Magician, and Priestess - who represent very high aspects on the Tree of Life, (watch that series to learn more, Spirit Science 35) - and creative forces that bring much of what we call “the universe” into being. Again, we are dealing with archetypes here - the point is that we CAN’T know everything - and thus the cards do their best to represent that very idea.
Also I believe if you listen to the dialogue it says “these sciences and philosophies” so i consider them both, because they really are two sides of the same coin, such as the left brain and the right brain. Once concerned with how things are, and the other concerned with the experience of it. You’re asking if theres no evidence, why discuss it - because the correlations are perfect with each other, and suggest that the Tarot was embedded into society in secret to allow mankind to become familiar with the symbology without being demonized by the dogmatic christian rule at the time.
“Ancient Sciences” are a legit thing, for example: Kabbalah (of which the Tarot synchronizes with harmoniously) is considered the Hidden Science, because it deals with the hidden forces of reality. The reason they’re ancient isn’t because their understanding was replaced by something better, but because for literally A THOUSAND YEARS christianity dumbed down the masses by burning all of the knowledge in the library of alexandria and imposed a “Jesus is All and ASK NO QUESTIONS” rulership. When we came out of it, we were so sick of religion that we threw the ancient mysteries out with it - understandable, because we hardly had any comprehension of it because so much knowledge and wisdom was lost. This also relates with what you said about changing understanding, and i appreciate the back-handed insult, but ACTUALLY - my understanding is changing and developing all of the time almost to no end - and if you took the time to know me (which I don’t believe you have), you might actually learn something new. Just saying ;)
Swords are one of the most interesting elements because of their relationship to the others and how it even comes into being. This is archetypal air - the center point and union of all other elements - it has no motion of its own but yet reacts perfectly to every single other force in creation. The mind is also very sharp - just as your questions have demonstrated perfectly, and so the Swords as a representation of thoughts fits very well - as most people would know, its very easy to get in your head and start spinning with a thousand different ideas at once - which can easily lead to confusion and frustration - OR a clear headed mind and very purposeful creation. I do recommend learning more about this because what i’m sharing with you is only the tip of the iceburg - it’s a huge topic.
Usually when I say Vibrations I’m referring to the movement of all of the different forces that make creation happen - particles and waves in every dimension. The particles are vibrating in waves - to be more specific. Though you could probably just say “light” and get the same meaning. Everything is Light vibrating at different densities - even what we call physical reality is little particles of light, and you can get this easily by studying quantum physics. I apologize for that confusion.
And to answer your final question - I actually constantly study and reflect upon the wisdom of others and adjust my position, but that doesn’t make my outlook any less spiritual, if anything it makes it more spiritual, because i’m not looking to destroy my spirituality, but enhance it and evolve it. Perfect example - look at my answers to your questions :) I hope you can see that i’ve just taken your “holes” and displayed that they’re not dead ends, but rabbit holes. Go as deep as you like, or shut your mind to new ideas - whichever your heart wants.

I am already confused at what you are talking about. How can we talk about things that do not exist in any material sense? Yeah that is the great mystery of life isn’t it: How can we scientifically quantify the intangible of life? As you suggest, maybe thoughts are simply a matrix of physical properties within the physical brain... or, maybe the physical matrix is a physical reflection of the less tangible substance of reality. For example, how is it possible that sometimes inventors on the opposite sides of the planet invent the exact same thing at the exact same time with no contact or relationship to each other?
This phenomenon and much more like it have demonstrated that regardless of the physical relationships that we find between the brain and our thoughts, we also find that thoughts and feelings appear to connect us all together beyond the physical in ways that we are only beginning to understand through for example - quantum physics. Did you know recently the Double Slit experiment was demonstrated to work from the other side of the planet by simply meditating on the experiment? That doesn’t sound like thoughts are purely in our brains at all - and the work of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and many other scientists like Rupert Sheldrake and Amit Goswami have been showing that its more of an intangible “field” like the electromagnetic field which penetrates all of us and relates thoughts between us all too.

I been using tarot card for a few months now and it really does work. It’s all about setting your intentions before you start work. It helps with guidance and understanding. Trust me people stop holdtback and let the energy do the work.
Further to my last... just to touch on the stigma that surrounds tarot today... if one studies quantum physics one understands that when calculating particle movement it all comes down to probability. That is the basic current understanding of the fundamental movements of particles. Since all our lives are impacted in every way by particle movement it stands to reason that the only way to interpret the universe or “divine” the universe would be to employ a method of chance to translate probability back into stable substance. When one rolls a die, the probability of the universe is in action...when the die comes to rest...the probable outcome has been cemented into reality and you have the universe’s answer to your question... same goes for shuffling a deck ...the shuffle is the probability in action...and once done shuffling and a card is turned up (or better yet jumps out as you shuffle) that is probability realized...by the universe...or source...or god...or whatever makes you comfortable. It’s rooted in science...not Satan.
I think it's much easier to believe in absolutely nothing, which is part of the reason we in America at least have this huge "closed-minded" problem. People want to follow the path of least resistance. I'm not saying you should believe in this religion or listen to what this tarot card is showing you, just because someone is telling you to do it. If you just observe on your own free will, compare evidence, and draw conclusions, like a true scientific mind, it will be better for your personal growth. I'd rather be an "open-minded skeptic" than a closed-minded lemming, following what everyone else is doing because it's the easiest thing to do.

AND whenever people (aka my own dad) pose the question to me if tarot is "good or bad" the first thing i say is GOOD and BAD are relative earthly words, if your still following think of good or bad as negative or positive. Everything has some sort of negative or positive to it. Tarot is just a tool... how you use it is determined by your intention for it. You could even think of it on a vibrational level as well, each Tarot card creates a particular energetic frequency, as the card reader learns, studies and practices with their deck they are able to understand patterns or frequencies of life its self. Thats where it can go negative or positive depending on the intention because if your intention is to harm someone or co-create a negative reality for them well.... BUT for positive results each card reader would essentially co-create an experience for you with the vibration you give off, and whatever higher universal vibrations that speak to them in combination with their own study of each cards vibration. This enables them to then physically map out a sequence of relating energies.. and even from there the way the cards are interpreted is important bc someone with a negative spirit might read the cards with a more negative perception seemingly making them "bad or evil" because they might be depicting an important energetic change in your life thats not "good or bad" but maybe a necessary change that you need in your life to become more true to yourself...perception is everything... maybe im rambling but do ya get me ??
I actually own a Tarot deck. The Thoth tarot deck actually ^-^ Personally, my belief wise mainly is the concept of how lucky we, as creatures, are to exist on this planet, in this unpredictable chaos that is our universe. I respect earth, the moon, the sun, and I keep in mind that no matter what, as long as the earth, sun, or moon exists, everything will be alright. I don't push my beliefs onto others, to those thinking I'm one of those who basically use their beliefs as a defining characteristic. Right now I'm just explaining my daily motivation. :) I'm motivated by nature as a whole. Hell, back then I used to view life as a straight line. A series of meaningless tasks we're confined to. However, now I view it as a circle. Everything comes back and stays the same. But it doesn't mean things haven't changed along the way...think of it as a snowy hill. Every once in a while, there are so many tracks from sled after sled of experience, ideas, etc. And eventually. Everything just falls back into these patterns. But as time goes on, more snow is added. And once again, new tracks can be made.
I realize at any point in time. Life as a whole isn't always set in stone. Anything could change, you could change, I could change, we call can change at any point in time. Where you are now, your existence, that is all that matters.

The cards are tools to direct us and guide us, they are neutral and when used in a reading either for oneself or another person, they speak to the individual in us without judgement instead to give clarity and guidance. Blessings. I am going to order my set very soon.
Still not sure how I feel about tarot. I identify and a Mormon but I also fully believe in and practice energy work. These cards do seem interesting though I’m still nervous about them. I do like what that one woman said that if God is in everything then God is divining the cards. This certainly has given me a lot to think about to say the very least. Thanks for the mind opening!

For god's sake, it's a load of cards with symbolism that makes you think about your life when you look at them. It's not magic or "energy work". You just understand what the symbols are supposed to mean, and think about how they could be interpreted in combination.

Wow. Tarot is my favorite method of divination. When I got into it, I became more interested in the theory of the Tarot than the practice of fortune telling. I am interested by the journey of the major arcana as well as the journey through each suit. I do like how you switched the association of fire from active to spiritual. It fit better with the other suits that way. They are all based on ideas as opposite to motions. I use to have an element system like this. Then I switched fire and air. So here is how it goes. Earth is physical. Fire is intellectual. Water is ethical. Air is spiritual. I do this to make the contrasts more distinctive and understandable. I consider physical and spiritual to be opposites. So they go with the opposite elements of earth and air respectively. I consider intellectual and ethical to be opposites. So they go with the opposites of fire and water respectively. Your tarot deck is beautiful, just like the art style of your videos. If you are going to do a huge project, this is a great way to go. I can understand that designing and drawing pictures for all decks takes a lot of time. I think it is time well spent. I would like to learn more about the link of tarot with other esoteric New Age systems.
I thought this would go without saying on this channel. However we got to talk about it. Tarot is not Satanic! Period. End of story. The Tarot has no explicit claim to be Satanic. Therefore it is not Satanic. Anyone that says otherwise is smearing the Tarot, and unfairly trying to prevent people from using it. Granted the Tarot does have a Devil card. However it is about the evil attachments of sin and addiction. I don't think this card promotes the Devil. The Bible depicts the Devil as a bad guy. That doesn't mean that Christians are Satanists. It is an analogy. I have even seen a deck where the Devil card was dropped entirely and replaced with something else. I think it was the horned one or something. The meaning was still the same though.

I use my tarot cards for divination. To try to predict or anticipate events. Whatever my cards show doesn’t necessarily mean it’s guaranteed to happen, nothing is set in stone. It only show one of many possibilities that might happen or a lesson that I will learn. I use it so I can be better prepared for future events or to get insight on things. it’s good for guidance, for me at least :o)

I have gipsy cards and I read them to friends sometimes. I never took them seriously and to me they're just a game. But I realised that they have helped me and other people to look at their lives from a more objektive point of view. I find them to be a powerful tool if you want some aswers, because you will get those answers from yourself.

Jordan, you should seriously consider doing an episode on heat, the sun, and health. Essentially all heat comes from the sun. Infinite energy comes from the center of the universe (which is not the sun, of course). Heat kills disease. Cold welcomes it. In caveman times, we burned trees for heat that, well, essentially... came from... the sun.

What I discovered is that if you treat 'time' as numbers on a watch as in 'watching the watch' and then treat the numbers as a summation series as in 1 + 2 +3 etc.. + 12,
your sum is 78. So there's a time factor to the Tarot [a form of Time Divination]. '78'' is also the 12th Triangular Number....the Triangle denoting Past, Present and/or Future. Br Manly P. Hall [a well respected Masonic scholar] treats the regular card deck in terms of a time analogy!
