Thanks Jesse, Would a 32 E on a 1950 panhead be 6v or 12 v, or would it just be adjusted per need or draw?

The 32 E was 6 volt and the 3rd brush would be adjusted for amperage according to your need, you can convert a couple generators to 12 volt if that’s what you are wanting but you will need a different armature different coils and the best one to convert is model 61 it has better bearings

Oh I was also going to mention, This generator uses a cutout for regulation of voltage. The third brush is adjustable to set the voltage to keep the battery fully charged it needs adjusted with all lights and accessories on to get the correct running output. The cutout relay keeps from over charging the battery. It should also be known that you shouldn't set the third brush to any higher voltage than what is necessary as that can be hard on all components of the charging system.
