* Ingredients
130 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
100 g icing sugar
1 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
340 g cake flour
Convection oven 200° C - 12 to 13 minute
Conventional oven: 220° C - 12 to 13 minutes

May I know the alternative for egg

I tried this recipe today. The cookies baked just fine, but there’s no taste to these cookies. It’s extremely plain, no sweetness whatsoever I couldn’t even taste the vanilla. It decorated well with the royal icing, but not even the sugar from the icing helped this cookie. I decorated some very pretty cookies, but no one likes them so I have to throw all of them away. I think a little more powdered sugar and vanilla would really help this recipe.
