Dude, I can't tell you how much a love this video. The upgrade to true 1080p, 60FPS. The video was quick, yet informative, concise, and satisfying. Add the upbeat music and energy. All to showcase one of the best green lasers I've ever seen. I may sound like a shmuck right now but damn have you come a long way. 👍 I can't even wait for more laser overviews like this.
Glad someone noticed the camera upgrade!
Thanks a lot for this video XM360 😉
I was waiting soo long for another laser video
Thanks for making these awesome videos, you have inspired me to build lasers and to learn more about lasers than I ever thought I could. Don't stop making these videos.
Glad you like them!
@@XM360 what happend to you posting 😢
Same
Love your videos man keep it up
Your channel inspired me to create mine! Thanks for inspiration!😁
Very happy to hear!!!
Lmao be careful with those threads at 0:56. Great video tho great to see such a wide variety covering all the models from sanwu.
Bro I'm in love with that laser
Big Fan love your vids keep it up 👍🏽
Amazing! It would be even more amazing if you uploaded atleast a few times a month, i really love you.
If your battery is too short they sell tiny magnets to stick on the ends to extend them. Meant to convert flat top batteries to button too but still work.
Could you do a review on the optic watts Inferno 5watt laser. Thanks for all your videos
Please can you make some more lasers videos xm360 your my favourite youtuber and I would love to see some more laser videos
The king returns
The king takes too long to review comments
Amazing laser. I have the same laser but in 520nm it’s so amazingly bright. Thanks for yet another amazing laser review. Keep ‘em coming! #lovesanwu
sadly he hasn’t posted in awhilen
awhile *
@@alexp7824 he's quite possibly run out of lasers to review. Suppose when a new diode appears on the market and we have something entirely new, Sanwu shall pop it in a unit and he'll review it! Hope so. Great vids.
Nice video, really powerful laser
I have a 7 watt 450nm sanwu silver and a 1 watt 520 nm gatling and they are both bright but I think the 520nm is brighter
I know these laser vids are older now, but in the future, it would be interesting to test power the lasers with the meter at different distances for their strength. Just like we test bullet velocity and energy at the muzzle, 50yds, 100yds etc.
That’s assuming the laser loses wattage the further you are away. (I’m just a gun channel )
Your right he should
its photons, so likely calculators that can reference it for you at given distances, as there aint much interacting with these massless particles.
doing it crude with LPMs, would be a problematic, as you need a sensor area wide enough, and even at 7 to 10m your rad above most sensors black heatsensing spot, then you can try to beamcombine the wing ets... but meeh.. use a calculator, its photons, quite linear if you got a start reference to conclude from.
Awesome lasers! I love it!
Can you help me find a good quality but inexpensive high power green laser? I want the beam to be super visible.
I would recommend you make or try to stretch you videos to 10 minutes as you don’t upload often❤️keep up the good work
quick question, would a jewelers lens magnify the laser or what would be the best way to make it stronger?
Nice vid 🙏
Good shit my man!
do you buy the lasers yourself, or do you have them shipped to review?
Hi XM360 do you know the new models of the 303s that have usb port for the battery, instead of the traditional charger? Do you know if they are any good? Thanks!
nice video bro!
that blue 7W is a legend! JUST LOOK AT IT AT DARK jheeezzz
What is it hitting in your bathroom? I'm looking for a decent laser target for testing indoors
Nice video 👍
Can you talk more about the lpm(power meter)? What is the name brand, and were can I get it? Thanks
They do offer 2-18650 batteries for $30.00 and a single or dual charger. My question is. Will the batteries be the correct lenght?
On Sanwu website it says the duty cycle for this is unlimited. Is that wrong?
Quick tip.. add a couple little neo magnets to a battery to make up a couple mm as needed.
So are high power green lasers harder to maker to make than blue, thus explaining why most super high power lasers are blue? Because on just about every site I look at there are plentiful options for blue power output (1w, 1.6w, 3w, 5w, 7w) but I've almost never seen a green go over 1 or 1.6w.
Yo XM360, can you recommend me a laser that lasts a long time and is good to use as a toy for my cat? i'm tired of constantly buying laser pointers that keep breaking on me that don't last for a while and run out very quickly, so can you recommend me one either on amazon or ebay? thanks.
wich laser have more beam distance? 520 or 535nm?
I really want to ask Francis from Sanwu about a custom Challenger 2 in Damascus with a 470nm diode running at 2 watts instead of the regular 4. (I love power but I hate recharging batteries. Lol) also I wonder if there’s any ~1W orange laser diodes he could make another one with?
So with this video being 2 years ago, I have a specific question. Say you want to burn something 100 yards away, ok. What is the best cheapest laser that isn’t going to keep you waiting for 3 mins to get it done?
What do you do with all those lasers that you buy? I have seen you review many of them multiple times and seen that you get more than just one at a time.....do you resell them or do you actually have hundreds and hundreds of lasers layin around
Very cool video. What type of protective glasses are needed for the Zeus X 7 watt 450nm laser pointer?
From survival lasers. They sell a orange set of goggles that protect against up to the seven watt striker
Hello. Went are you going to review the sanwu guardian 800mw red laser pointer?
Not quite sure
It´s surely nice to wear a Laser safety google for watching the Laserbeams at night. xD Your Videos are great! Thanks! This makes it much easier for people to decide which unit they want to purchase. Especially if you use different lasers for comparison.

Hi XM360. Are you continuing your adventure with lasers?
I was thinking about selling mine. I have the 1 watt 520nm green Sanwu guardian laser. It’s bad ass for sure. No one else has anything like it. And now that they don’t sell any lasers like it on the website anymore. It’s even more valuable.
Uhhh.... they still sell it....
How much you want for it?
Can u make a video about the black strechen chinesse 1 watt laser?
Very nice
Nice review. I just received my Sanwu Challenger II also. Looking forward to trying it out and getting my review up. I took some footage using mine on a carnival cruise ship at night over a completely dark black ocean. It should be a cool shot. Later XM
What powerful laser should I get for 40$? And what safety glasses to accompany them for 25$?
Also I would like a 2nd weaker laser for astronomy, it needs to keep my eyes accustomed to darkness without glasses (of course not pointing it at people).
Where can I find one new for sale in the states
I wonder what a dual 18350 configuration would do
Do you know where to get cheap 500MW at least lasers from?
Hey um how many mw does he 303 from laserpointerpro have
What glasses do you use
if you have the budget buy the RGB Sanwu laser
It changes colors
@@firedragonmangaming2410 no shit sherlock
2 month wait time on that one. Eek
@@deletedunknown955 Kinda late but ok
@@The177Hunter It said that for me, and mine came in 3 weeks (I'm talking about the cheap laser "pointers" they sell)
What are the specs. Were do i get one?
Have you ever heard of the “mini laser power meter”? (Pocket size) I saw one on eBay but not sure if legit. It says 0-10.999W. Maybe you could do a review on one????
You should do a review of the Zeus x laser that laser is quite a beast 7W and one of the biggest handheld lasers I've touched
They made an even stronger version of this green now have you got this one as well
What options is there on the laser, I have a hard time figuring out on the website. Is that the single mode? What battery configuration do you have?
Joakim Daler it’s the single mode.... you can buy magnetic spacer discs on eBay for a few dollars for a small pack and these get around the issue of shorter 18650 batteries.
Hey man. Miss your uploads
I totally agree about the blue laser. I'm afraid to use it its so bright.
Related to the batteries. My blue laser uses the 16340s but one set I bought. The + tip doesn't extend far enough to make contact with the battery in front of it. I had to use a piece of thick tinfoil bent over a couple times. I was worried about using regular foil so I found a piece of thicker stuff. Maybe twice or three times as thick.
That's odd the battery is not long enough. Maybe a "punch out" from an electrical box or a coin would help.
4:50 The light intensity curve corresponds to the brightness of the dot, not the beam. Two things need to be considered here. Firstly the 555 nm max visibility shifts towards blue a bit at night and blue or violet light undergoes a thing called Rayleigh Scattering thus making the beam of the blue laser more visible. Having said that it is no wonder that your 7W 450 nm laser beam appears to be brighter than that of the 525 nm 1,2W laser.
Do a burn test comparing the 7w to the 1.2w on distance witch one will light the match the furthest.
The 7W, even though divergence Is horrible, Is still way better at burning, the Green Is just way brighter
Superb,.
Is it legal to buy in the United States?
Hi, xm360, please upload more about laser.
do more reviews!
can you upload a unboxing video about usb laser 303
which 18650 battery (specifically which mAh) do you recommend for the arctic spyder 3?
The spyder 3 I think is fine using unprotected cells. More mAh= longer runtime. Avoid anything that says anything over 3600mah because they are most assuredly a fake cell with only a fraction of the claimed capacity. If you're gonna buy an unprotected cell, I'd recommend these. www.ebay.com/itm/4pcs-3500mAh-Panasonic-SANYO-NCR18650GA-Lithium-Battery-18650-Outlasts-ncr18650b/283188689732?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item41ef5c7b44:g:g2AAAOSwXItcHbpJ&enc=AQAEAAACQBPxNw%2BVj6nta7CKEs3N0qW0gdql%2BRfdiIecosYhBDHtcpFQzJIdUudC9BnO%2F0VVvtFNL4A8XBiECr2dExYgLYGFgbFhCYwdQLF3ZwjJscr9JT7T3xi1QAcjznOovd5%2FvKnG1BSI218yKFvXf3XiK3kd9JGSHaw64LpeyUMvNLQ5zO5FrqaAAgCp5WU%2BwZec436B6%2F3ZMggxY8sNHONEHzQcYOxc7QxAPSR3tjJ%2B2BH8QpkliYjXjMF7rEYHhJCWJuU9Z9lIuifCW3R%2BF1DIuf63qj9GtaHj0%2FJdHJS%2Bn1JdwvPdtoLlWjx6p%2F3fIMq6Z7fdzsnQWH9QQ3zNiW3DjrlLsKUHIbCoRblYXNL2xTAdP1cfpcbBAtLBXf6YH9DKr4EsTpahjBmkeJ%2FiJJ6YI2McDuF9moOi0dVtFpq6FmwLI%2Fg%2Bm43YMxAJLB%2B7OZ2jsWnLrctuCb8eW5Gt%2FoMBwhREzZxnS3DR3jd8b%2F3qKiIQ3IeO07wbS8G5TVu0%2FVX4fk7WKScQ%2FA%2BQfPMc2phaN0c3%2B7mksH9%2FLAWyiS3TQzR6FpXAi2U1UhGdkNf21e7fssYeHUGrt6iAIJ%2B9EJ7FhGk1wy7Dkm7ah2Un3ISIiCHOaljdAtOa2ko7%2FHdnrrsCaYuRxnxTkDtAP2Lj4U3Tren%2FAvS7T5ljWeDzm6skVE59pX9mUiZr5T5cyNWD4e%2BEm9biWl2ckNa5km4mXMTeOUSM96xEucN2WQTduvLOE4dVY6yJz8QJf2%2BvOXamQwg8zw%3D%3D&checksum=28318868973299f99225a6414e3d8346f318bcd2d304
They released a new diode. 2 watts of green power! Also I don't know if you got the sanwu laser 303, but if you haven't, don't. Mine broke pretty fast and other people's have too. They overdrive it heavily so it doesn't last long.
Can I ditec a laser dron with that layser

How much does it cost

Where are you XM360? Please come back, we miss you.
I just ordered the 3 watt striker.
And? Was it worth it
@@deg6788 it's been a year and yes, it works great still.

Mind Blow yeah, I’d like to see this one too. More red lasers!!!
I would want to see the divergence of it!
O
It's part of his username
I’m wanting to buy a powerful green laser. I’m considering Sanwu Striker. The two I’m considering are the 520nm 1.2 watt and the 525nm 1.8 watt. I reached out to Sanwu and was advised that the 520nmis a more durable diode with a better lifespan and their divergence are about the same. I was also advised that the 520nm has a better beam profile. The lasers will not be heavily used. Which of these two would recommend, the more powerful 1.8 watt 525nm or the 1.2 watt 520nm? Thanks for your advice.
I have the 520nm 1.2watt Challenger II and you will not be disappointed, the beam is incredible and very bright. The diode is in a can, it’s not been decanned, I think that the 525 1.8watt is decanned which could mean as you were advised that it may have a shorter life span. The 1.8watt shall also get warmer which means shorter duty cycle. I have not compared the two hit the 520nm 1.2watt for me is enough green! :(
whats up with the crazy defraction???? 2:51. looks shoddy to me
I just got a 2 watt blue laser!
can someone recomend a laser pointer that u can use kust for fun and it can shoot pretty far too…. Dont want expensive ones
wicked how much difference a few nanometers can create.. 520nm vs 525nm.. even at mintblue 485 vs 488.. very distinct hue difference

Yay
Hey I know this is an older post but I recently purchased a Thor H2 3w laser I’m just wondering if I would be able to use the laser outside without wearing goggles? I can’t seem to find an answer is it dangerous to look at the beam as you point it up?
None of the beams are unsafe to look at pointing up, only if they reflect off an object back to your eye or of course if you point it towards your eyes.
Def be careful without goggles though, I once pointed a block away and it hit a road signage and directly back into my eyes. Thankfully it was only the weak 304 laser but it taught me a lesson. :)
@@garyoldcountry I have a question im planning to buy a 30 mw green laser do i need goggles?
@@garyoldcountry bc i was planning to buy a 50 mw green but i thought maybe no bc it's so visible and dangerous so if i buy a 30 mw green laser do i need goggles?
Bro come back please
Just got my 1.6W 525NM silver series!! Anyone want to see a video or quick review?
Sure
I built a 1.6-1.7W 520 and I can personally say that I see it as brighter than my 7W blue
What diode did you use? I think nichia Ndg7475 is the brightest green diode out there which
Maxes out at 1.5 watt and then dims.
i am considering buying a 1.6w green laser. i have some questions.
1. at night or day? because your eyes are sensitive to different wavelengths depending on the time of day
2. the beam was brighter or the dot was brighter? because some wavelengths make bright beams and others make bright dots
thanks
Which blue laser is that @ 4:34 ? That's really nice . can u send me a lynk ?
The iconic 7 watt sanwu striker. He reviewed it years before this vid
Bro where are you?
Lets see how far away it will start a fire of dead leaves or something flammable.
Does 525nm emit IR?
Yes
You’ve progressed to the next level! A 1w+ 520 is the cutting edge of diode technology. I would be careful saying the kind of thing you did around 8 though. A 1w is still INSANELY dangerous to your and your neighbor’s vision. I know you didn’t mean it that way but not everyone knows that.
Now they made a 2 watt one
أن عندي واحد اخضر بس مايحرق ليش
1:05, in other words you need a protected 18650, dude, just go with nitcores, olights, keeppowers, eagletacs, orbtronics or one of the many other brands offering circuit protected 18650 batteries.
The 7W blue laser has a much more solid beam, and the 1.2W green laser looks more sparkly.
Do they ship to usa
Yea they do
Are there any IR laser designators?
What the frick are you even talking about, this laser would not be producing ANY IR light for it is not DPSS. The laser light is being produced directly by a green diode.
Ambrose Killpack I’m not saying this is an IR designator. I’m asking if there are any that are able to be purchased.
@@capitcha Oh, I see now.
