मेरा एक सुझाव है. आरटीआई एक्ट जानकारी मांगने का अधिकार देता है ना कि प्रश्न पूछने का. अगर किसी प्रकार का प्रश्न पूछा भी जाना है तो उसको अन्य तरीके से पूछें. राम क्या खाता है? इसी बात को अन्य तरीके से भी लिखा जा सकता है जैसे उन वस्तुओं के बारे में जानकारी देने का कष्ट करें जो राम खाता है. अब यह प्रश्नवाचक नहीं रहा. वैसे इस प्रकार की जानकारी आरटीआई के अंदर नहीं मांगी जा सकती. यह केवल एक उदाहरण मात्र है.

Hello Mr. Nilay. I have also same problem of my EPF from my Ex-company not updating my aadhar till for nearly abt 18 months. I have given my hr all my aadhar card no., my 10th mark sheet, joint declaration form duly filled up with all required attached documents. But still then they are not verifying nor giving any genuine reply abt my aadhar update in my EPF UAN portal. What to do in this case???

@@ArunKumar-cc1jc So, I understood that your organization not helping you! I honestly don't know what to do in this case.
First of all your mobile number should be connected to your Adhaar card. Then you have to submit your Adhaar number, PAN number and your Bank Account number in KYC section of EPF for Employee website. And also you have to connect your UAN number to Adhaar card. After doing these you give a call to your Ex. Organization's HR to verify and confirm those. Then you are free. You have to submit claim form and after 1 & half months you will get your PF.
In case if your HR don't know how to do, please suggest him/her this CZcams channel to understand what to do.
I also helped my HR by giving her link of this channel.

That's not possible.
You cannot get information about anyone's disproportionate assets as such information do not come under RTI act but you may ask about declaration of net assets that a gov. Employee or politician posess.

That's not necessary only if you can't complete your questions in 3000 words. Or need to get some info which needs any information for verification then you need to upload it.

Thanks, i have filed RTI to ICMR because they took my exam + interview for Scientist B post and simply rejected me by saying that I did not clear. As far as I know that , my exam went really good and I was very sure even after interview. Only 25 people cleared exam and my name was there for interview all over India. But finally after interview they never disclosed my marks and simply failed me. Today I have filed RTI via this website you showed and haved asked them to give me a detailed breakup of my marks obtained both in written test and interview. We all know that due to office politics some corrupt officials give job to their favorite candidates and reject others. There is no transparency in ICMR also.
