1960 is as important to world and Church history as 1884 with the vision of Pope Leo XIII. This willful rejection of the commands of Heaven unleashed the diabolic disorientation upon the world and the Church. 1960 is the bright line when the systemic apostasy entered in and the fruit of the Council that followed.
Forget about the supposed third secret. Concentrate on today and pray for the conversion of many of the shepherd in the Church and a return to the Truth.

Its obvious what the Third Secret is by now. A nullification of everything happening since 1960 (Post-Conciliar Church). We should focus more on our Spiritual lives.

I never could understand that, back in the day when I was a naive Catholic and believed all clergymen were good and surely would do what Our Lady asks. I remember reading somewhere that the third secret involved the apostasy of priests, the evils of their sexual predatory patterns as well as the corruption of the Vatican bank (which Father eludes to). Perhaps this was why it was not revealed. Satan always tries to destroy from within as well as from without and now we know more about these evil men, wolves in sheep's clothing, we can pray for them, their victims and that their actions do not destroy the RCC and the saving of souls.
What if you are the pope and the secret is something you learned in seminary: The Catholic church is knowingly teaching a false truth, and is ignoring that teachings of Jesus that says WE are gods, like him. How quick would you be to advertise that?

It's written in Scripture about a great falling away and here we are. We are not the first people in the history of the Church to not be able to practice as we should. People don't realize that freedom is not about getting to do whatever one wants, but rather freedom is the right to do the right thing.

Truth dilutes the power and control of leaders. Today, little is discussed about the history of the Holy Roman Empire because it was so dark & in many ways is the foundation of modern day Christianity.
What is amazing is that a tiny group called the Fatima Centre are amongst a tiny group of little ones who, by grace, grasp the live narrative and the interpretation of events as they unfold in an accelerated fashion (towards 13th June 2029). Why has this been reduced to a tiny band? They are the small p prophets called by the Immaculate to witness to the truth of why such a battle is taking place - blessed are those who have been guided to accept the Fatima answer to the diabolical puzzle - our model the children of Fatima - that first tiny group.
It should be revealed. But, like Our Lord said to Sr. Lucia, it will be too late. The Chastisement is already upon us

Actually, it is the Consecration of Russia, not the publication of the Third Secret, which Our Lady promised would be the definitive act bringing an end to the punishments of God upon our sinful world. And truly it is now too late to prevent World War II, the spread of Russia's errors to the extent that they have thus far been spread, and the wars, persecutions, and incalculable human suffering which has followed. With further delay, it may also soon be too late to prevent the annihilation of whole nations. But we have Our Lady's unconditional promise that the requested Consecration will someday take place, and that it will then bring about its full miraculous effects of conversion and peace: "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, it will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world."
In the meantime, a very unfortunate English mistranslation was published in a collection of Sister Lucy’s Memoirs and Letters, where she recounted Our Lord's words in a letter of May 1936 to her spiritual director Father Goncalves, putting “too late” where the original Portuguese clearly states simply “late”:
"They did not want to heed My request. Like the King of France, they will repent and do it, but IT WILL BE LATE [mas sera tarde]. Russia will have already spread its errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church: the Holy Father will have much to suffer."
There was never any instance in which Our Lord or Our Lady said that it would be too late for us to heed the Fatima requests. Let us remember too Our Lord's admonition given in the same communication above: "It will never be too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary." God bless you.

Gabriel Amorth, chief Vatican exorcist for many years, when a young priest (1961 or 62, he didn’t recall exactly) Padre Pio said something that likely has great relevance to the Third Secret and our times. Fr. Amorth said the great mystic saint told him “in a very short time Satan will come to rule a false church”. Considering the numerous “insiders” who have stated that the core of the Third Secret involves a great apostasy starting “at the very top” (e.g., Cardinal Ciappi), the words of the apostle Paul seem worthy of deep consideration. Specifically, “1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of [a]Christ had come. 3Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God” 2Thess 2:1-4. Are we, have we been in, this time of the great “falling away”, the precursor time to the arrival of the Antichrist and the eventual Second Coming?

The third secret, according to those who read it, was written on a single page in 25 lines of text. How can anyone say that the four page text released in 2000 is even part of the text?
Thank you for your comment. It is clear that the text published on June 26, 2000 is not part of the document that we were expecting, but it does appear to be an authentic part of the Third Secret. Obviously, though, we still await and desperately need to hear the still concealed part -- the continuation of Our Lady’s words beginning “In Portugal the dogma of the faith will always be preserved”.
This discovery that the Third Secret itself consists of both a vision and Our Lady’s explanatory words (just as the previously known portion of the Secret consists of the Vision of Hell and Our Lady’s accompanying words, “You have seen Hell where the souls of poor sinners go...”) explains a host of puzzling discrepancies, and possibly also sheds light on several partially misunderstood references.
It would be tedious to list here all of these details, but in general terms we can now understand the lapse of time between the first occasion in which Sister Lucy was finally enabled to begin writing and her notification to Bishop da Silva that the task was complete; why Sister Lucy spoke of having initially placed the text(s) in two places; what Father Schweigl meant in describing the Third Secret as consisting of two parts; why there are two different dates given for the transfer of the Third Secret from Lisbon to Rome; why it is said to have been stored thereafter in two different places (the papal apartment and the Holy Office archives); why several Popes (John XXIII, Paul VI, and John Paul II) are each reported to have read the Secret for the first time on two different dates; and why the Secret is described sometimes as being easy to read, and at other times as too difficult to read without the help of a translator. It is not far-fetched to acknowledge the possibility that the Third Secret was committed to writing in two separate texts. God bless you.

the third secret is what's happening with the Church right now; the apostasies and heresies, the conflict among the clergy regarding faith and liturgy. All these could have been prevented if the third secret was publicly read by 1960. This is the reason why the canonizations of Pope John XXIII and Pope John Paul II, in the opinion of some, are dubious.

I believe that the Fatima message has long been revealed but we never listened to the Blessed Mother. People continue to take her messages for granted, apparitions never approved, when in fact, we should be ashamed of ourselves that the Mother of God is the one who often visit us instead of we visiting her.
I appreciate your take on the third secret but whether you’re right or wrong all we can do is pray and wait and see where God will lead his Church.
Our Lady did say that the apostasy would go all the way to the top. I still believe that Pope Benedict is the true Pope.

When you attend Fatima and see the piety and sacrifice of thousands of pilgrims, devoted the message of Mary, you realize there is a divide between the hierarchy and the faithful of the Catholic Church. Look, you either believe God sent His mother as a messenger or you don’t. If you believe. There is no mortal modification permitted. 1960 is 1960, not an inconvenient appointment to be rescheduled. We only have Lucia’s rendition for any of this, but that’s the point. If it’s fabrication, then the whole apparition is shattered. If she was destined as the most unimpeachable of witnesses, why sequester her? Why the forensically demonstrated use of body doubles? Why the apparent forgeries of her letters? Most damningly (and I use that term surgically) why all the double talk from all the witnesses that have had access to the third secret?
A child could work this out. The Church hierarchy is disobedient pursuing its infallible arrogance at the jeopardy of the faithful. We did not consecrate Russia as instructed (note, that’s not the Soviet Union as was the designation in 1960) God is not dyslexic. We have not had the faith to depose a charlatan, or a string of them. It sounds devilish to me….and dangerous. What we need is Moses.

How scary for this priest to out loud say, that the popes continue to disobey Heavens command. We indeed have an evil pope and/or an evil counsel. You cannot call yourself a man of God and be pro choice or allow priests and bishops who support pro choice politicians call themselves men of God.
It’s hard to believe that Our Lady would not have warned us about the aftermath of Vat II and the ensuing Apostasy. What is especially troubling is that these high ranking Churchmen would be so prideful to risk their eternal salvation. But then again, if Rome has lost the Faith, then they whistle down the primrose path.
I have to wonder did she request that it be released in 1960 , which would have been two years before Vatican II, correct? If the pope of 1960 had obeyed, our lady’s request, maybe we would not have had the Vatican 2 council and we would still have Latin mass available in every city , in every state, in every country in the world. We would not have the abuse of receiving in the hand, we would not have the abuse of laypeople distributing the Eucharist. And Most important of all Satanists would not be able to easily steal the Eucharist because of the Eucharist not being allowed in the hand. The Saint Michael prayer would be said after every Low mass As part of the leonine prayers. Every Catholic would know what the last four things are and what the seven deadly sins are. I would be able to go to my childhood parish on first Saturdays, and do the five first Saturdays devotion, because they would still have a high altar there. Unfortunately, like most of the Catholic churches, they do not have a high altar anymore. They do have a restored communion rail, but because they do the new mass only and they allow communion the hand I do not go there for first Saturday. If my situation with transportation for Saturday morning to the Latin mass chapel changes, then I might be able to start doing the first five Saturdays maybe in February.

You do well to adhere to the traditional rite of Holy Mass, and to avoid having part in the sacrileges and desecration involved in the practice of "Communion in the hand." But with the permission of a priest, it is still possible for you to make the First Saturday devotions in spite of not having access to a suitable Mass on Saturdays.
Sister Lucia put this very question to Our Lord on May 29, 1930, regarding people who for some reason (such as being in remote areas where there is no Mass on Saturdays) cannot perform the requested reparatory devotions on the First Saturday.
Our Lord's answer was that a priest may allow the faithful to make their First Saturday devotions on the Sunday following the First Saturday. "The practice of this devotion," He said, "will be equally acceptable on the Sunday following the first Saturday when My priests, for a just cause, allow it to souls."
Remember also please that it is important -- even essential to this devotion -- to formulate an intention when you make each of the four acts as an offering in reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. God bless you.

I was in an all-girls Catholic school when the Sisters told us about the Fatima secret that was supposed to be unveiled in 1960. So we prayed Rosaries after Rosaries, a holy "cramming" so to speak, before the deadline.
We did the First Saturday devotions, were invested with the Brown scapulars, and took our turns at adoration of the Blessed Sacrament during school hours. We memorized the Angels' prayers at Fatima. We learned everything we could about Fatima. We made little sacrifices, not quite as stringent as Jacinta's and Francisco's heroic sacrifices, but we did our best.
Then 1960 came around and - nothing! We were very young then, and were very disappointed. A priest told us that it didn't matter what the secret was - we should continue what we've been doing. Pray the Morning Offering and the Rosary every day. If possible, go to daily Mass and receive Holy Communion. Go to confession on First Friday/First Saturday every month, etc.
New friends came into my life and old friends left, but we continued what we were doing. Vatican II struck us dumb when we saw the church sanctuary gutted and the altar rails gone, and Latin disappeared from the Mass. Still we went on.
And on, and on, up to now. The least we can do.

@@RPlavo Correct. But Christ never stopped his mother from caring for people, especially those near various dangers. Okay, so the would-be embarrassment of the newlyweds at Cana, if they had ran out of wine before the wedding festivities were over, was just a small danger on the face of it. Still, Our Blessed Mother cared enough to save them from the embarrassment, by telling her Son, "Do something!"
And He did. Jesus was obedient to His mother's initiatives.

Since 1960. When the Secret is revealed Our Lady will say what every Traditional Catholic has been saying all along that's wrong with the Conciliar Church. Beginning with Vatican 2, the New Mass, New Sacraments, false Ecumenism and maybe even actions/inactions of the Conciliar Popes.

The full written message on the Third Secret of Fatima is in the Akita message, which is the same message the message of Akita one can find not a secret but our Lady did say as I told you to my daughter. It is highly likely that Akita and her message to Sister Agnes of Akita, which is so very grave to humanity. Catholics must not only better them self repent but do a lot of penance and sacrifices. Cardinals Ratzinger says the message of Akita and Fatima are the same concerning the third secret

I am a practicing Roman Catholic; but it is both permissable and reasonable for me to be doubtful about the many claims that swirl about that are attributable to Our Lady's alleged special intercessions in our time and space to presumably deliver us a range of different messages. Some are beyond reasonable doubt. I think particularly of Our Lady of Guadelupe. All doubt is dispelled due to the spectacular miracle she performed. It is also of interest that her message was a positive one and her appearance had the amazing result of converting the Aztec peoples. However, so many others seem wrapped in secret messages entrusted to mere children and apparently involve predictions of terrible portents. Such dark and mysterious trappings lend themselves readily to conspiratorial plots that often impugn the Church in alleged concealments or in culpable delays in revelation, etc. Of what genuine spiritual value is all that and wouldn't Mary have foreseen such and perhaps used another more direct and transparent method of communicating? Is it not sufficient to believe in the name of Jesus; to love one's neighbor as oneself; and to frquent the sacraments?
Thank you for your comment. First, it must be noted that there does not exist in the history of the Church an apparition of Our Lady which is more thoroughly authenticated by Heaven or endorsed by the Church than the Fatima apparitions.
Consider please that Our Lady of Fatima worked an unprecedented public miracle, the time and place of which She had announced three months in advance in order to assure an unimpeachable body of eye-witness testimony of the fact, precisely so that everyone both then and for generations to come would have ample reason to believe in the authenticity of Her apparitions and Message. This Miracle of the Sun, witnessed by an estimated 70-100 thousand people, was far more stupendous even than the miracle by which the Prophet Elias called down fire from Heaven (3 Kings 18), which the Pharisees of Our Lord’s day challenged Him to repeat (Mt. 16; Lk. 11) - which grace He refused to them. It is no small matter that He granted such a miracle to authenticate His Mother’s witness in our own day.
Theologians have long distinguished private revelations, binding only the visionaries themselves to believe, from General Revelation (the Deposit of Faith) demanding of all mankind the assent of supernatural faith. In our own time, the Message of Fatima has been recognized as truly unique and in a class of its own, “sui generis” - neither a private revelation, nor a part of General Revelation (unless it is someday determined that Our Lady of Fatima is the fulfillment of the biblical prophecy of the Woman of Revelation in Apocalypse 12).
Drawing from the writings of Bishop (Dr.) Rudolph Graber of Regensburg, Germany and the Carmelite theologian, Fr. Joseph de Sainte-Marie (both theologians of international renown), Father Gruner described Fatima as a “public prophetic revelation.” Public, that is, in that as Pope John Paul II himself acknowledged in his homily at Fatima on May 13, 1982, it is addressed to all mankind, to the extent that it imposes an obligation of belief and obedience upon the whole Church.
Recall please this injunction from God: "Despise not prophecies. But prove all things; hold fast that which is good." (1 Thess. 5: 20-21) The Church has thoroughly tested this Message and found it to be from Heaven. Therefore we have a moral religious duty to docilely receive and obey it. And if the Church further rules someday that Our Lady of Fatima is the "Great Sign" prophesied by St. John (Apoc. 12: 1), then belief in Fatima will be found to be required even with the assent of divine faith. In the meantime, too, since Our Lady has removed all reasonable occasion for disbelief in Her Message (as announced by the visionaries) by sealing their testimony with the Miracle of the Sun, we can also speak of an existential need to believe. Here we have a warning from an unquestionably knowledgeable and good-willed source, alerting us to imminent dangers to our lives and souls. Only a sinful rashness and temerity could dismiss such a supernatural warning. And in this regard, we would agree with Bishop Graber in saying that any Pope or bishop who refuses to comply with this request from Heaven, given the dire consequences sure to follow, would be guilty of a crime against humanity.
Those who have chosen to pay no attention to Our Lady's Message - besides being the cause of great sadness to Our Lady, as Sister Lucia affirmed to Father Fuentes - should consider whether their salvation is at grave risk through their impious resistance to the designs of Heaven. Truly, what safety has anyone, whether Catholic or not, found in ignoring Our Lady's warnings and requests? As we look around, in the world and in the Church, we see the very disaster which She spoke of at Fatima unfolding, worst of all in the diabolically disoriented minds of modern men, Catholics included. Our Lady of Fatima spoke of souls falling into hell, in large part due to sins which directly blaspheme the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for which reason She came to ask for our prayers and sacrifices in reparation on their behalf. Why does the church hide the words from Fatima
My question is, St. Faustina encountered moments where her superiors would not allow her to do as Jesus had commanded. Jesus asked St Faustina to get permission and if it was not granted, to be obedient and listen to her superiors. He asked her to obedient to the superiors even before the His own desires. Is that not how we should act now. Be obedient and let God use all things in His time and in His ways?

We cannot be lawfully forbidden to discharge the duties of our state in life, which include above all our religious duties of correct belief and worship.

Catholicism seems so bizarre and confused, going by these sites. All I find are people talking about Mary, tongues vs. hands, Latin vs. English, hatred of the pope, strange saints, weird prophecies and signs and wonders, obsession with sex and the devil, what a confused mess! Nobody ever talks about Jesus and his teaching: feeding the hungry, being peacemakers, not judging, not condemning, being merciful, loving one’s enemies, the hypocrisy and pride of religious leaders, etc. Are there any normal Catholic sites I can go to, or is this all there is? It was assumed that there was only one text of the Third part of the Secret of Fatima until June 26, 2000 when Vatican authorities published an account of a Vision given to the seers. This 4-page text contained 64 lines, and in other ways as well did not correspond to what is reliably known about the still-hidden text (comprising 25-30 lines on a single page, being the words of Our Lady beginning, "In Portugal, the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved."
This discovery that the Third Secret itself consists of both a vision and Our Lady’s explanatory words (just as the previously known portion of the Secret consists of the Vision of Hell and Our Lady’s accompanying words, “You have seen Hell where the souls of poor sinners go...”) explains a host of puzzling discrepancies, and possibly also sheds light on several partially misunderstood references.

St. John the Baptist was not immaculately conceived. He was born without sin because on the sixth month of his mother's (Elizabeth) pregnancy, Mary (herself pregnant with Jesus) visited her and he (John) lifted in the womb of his mother.

Let me offer a harsh interpretation of the implications of Fatima, schooled in some measure by Malachi Martin.
The Primacy of Rome, maintained for some hundreds of years, came to the crisis of Schism at the end of the first Millenium. The second crisis came some five hundred years later with the German secession. The third crisis is upon Rome: Rome has lost gravitas, and cannot therefore now assert and recover Primacy.
According to Malachi Martin’s interpretation of the Third secret, so far as he was prepared to reveal, salvation, in Catholic terms, will come from the East, from Russia and Ukraine.
That is, Gravitas, and therefore Primacy, is passing to the East, and to the Orthodox world.
The Orthodox Church has gone with Vladimir Putin because he is supporting them. Russia needs to be converted.
Did Malachi Martin say the Primacy of Peter will come to an end? And the Orthodox world, which regards the Pope as "first among equals" will take over? How many of the "equals" will be at the helm of the Church, then? Many "equals" seem to be more frightening than having two Popes.

To find comparable coherence in the now secular West, one finds the traditionalists split amongst minority clusters within the Church, and those now outside, Sede Vacantists.
I just do not see the requisite gravitas in the West, which, it seems to me, would require a critical mass of followers.

Father's main point in the Your Questions Answered episode was to insist that there are many indications that the real Sister Lucy was still alive well after 1960, and among these indications are some very important official testimonies of the fact that Heaven is still awaiting the Consecration of Russia.
John Vennari pointed out in the above video that at that time the speculations of a longstanding imposture had no credible basis, being based only on amateurish comparisons of a smattering of photographs, and at 8:40 he mentions that what is needed to settle the question is a true and proper investigation. Clearly we must agree that it would be a tremendous grace for the entire Church if such an investigation were to establish the truth in this matter, particularly because if is irrefutably demonstrated that that woman was an impostor, the whole “Sister Lucy said the Consecration was done” canard will immediately collapse. Gruner calls the idea of a fake Sister Lucia stemming from around the 1960s as “utterly ridiculous”. What he does concede is that people in the ecclesiastical hierarchy were falsely attributing quotes on the consecration (some typed) to Lucia in the 80s, but he rigorously maintains Lucia is speaking consistently up to July 1989 when she is physically meeting people. He even cites her elder sister visiting her in the 80s - her closest blood relative - to make precisely the point that Lucia could not be dead and replaced. That is a fact. Vennari moreover correctly cites the need for use of primary sources - of which Lucia’s immediate family are the most obvious. Her family members look like her. As Vennari says, this stuff that is being propagated is not scholarly nor objective, but “shallow” rubbish. As he said go Coimbra and talk to the local community. They would laugh at you. This is a cultural dead end and it so sad that the Fatima Center has headed this way. Embarrassing.
Dear Fr. Rodriguez offers virtually nothing but speculation. Is it not morally better not to speculate on such matters? May not John-Paul II's 'revelation' in the form of a synopsis without Mary's actual words suffice for obedience to any command Mary may have imposed? To accuse these several Popes of Divine disobedience seems beyond the moral pale. Are we to forget that, at all times, the Holy Spirit guides the Church? Both Vatican Councils were lawfully convened. As such, they were guided in their reflections and resolutions by the Holy Spirit. That is enough.
