I’d been very flaky on praying the Rosary daily until this past Advent when I made my family pray it after dinner & before dessert every evening. We’ve kept doing it and will continue to do so. I’m very disorganized, so setting a regular schedule for it really helps.

Think of it. A place for those who do evil or do not do good works in this world and yet have not deserved hell, are provided a place to recover their souls.
Like a soul that comes to Jesus at death for the particular judgement and is dressed as a ragged dirty character. Does that soul feel worthy of Heaven. No. Did God provide a place for that soul to make up for his lack of faith and works. Or in the example a place to get properly dressed for Heaven and being in the presence of God.
God created purgatory as a great gift to us. If the only other option was hell too many who should end up in Heaven would send themselves to hell.
As Jesus said on the cross to the good thief: "today you will be with me in paradise".
So yes people do not live in darkness until the last judgement, they have a place at death. Hope you can re research the bible.

Like Noah who did his best to warn people to refrain from their wicked ways of living, Father Gruner had done his at-most best to warn the world to heed to the pleas and warnings of our heavenly Mother Mary, but no one seems to listen or care. Wow! This is very true today, I have been wondering about what is the worse part of this Chastisement, and I would say hands down having our leaders betray us and not permit us to have the mass or Eucharist... and in some places Confession and Last Rites.
True where I'm at. The priest isn't allowed in and I'm not allowed out. I need to go to Confession, but the normal graces of the Church are taken away from the laity.
Can you not find one good priest? I know many people don’t want to go to SSPX. But I think more than ever now is a time for people to consider them. They have been the one never to turn their backs on the Catholic Faithful. Our dear sweet priests in FSSP are in a rock and a hard place because they never got their own bishop like they were promised.

Let’s ask our Blessed Mother to ask her SON to envelop the whole world in HIS Mercy and deliver us from the scourge of this deadly virus.
I was recently very encouraged by the many enthusiastic responses to the invitations to participate spiritually, through the media, in the moment of prayer together with the Holy Father.
Despite the cessation of public masses throughout the world, we are now witnessing an even larger crowd at virtual masses online.
At any given moment around the world there are celebration of masses going on and on. And there is an endless availability of masses online that we can attend around the clock. There are so many choices we can choose from. Chief among them, of course, is the daily mass being celebrated at by our Holy Father.
When Our Holy Father invited every person, every Catholic, and every religious community to join him in praying the rosary at 9:00 pm, Rome time, on the Feast of St. Joseph, Thursday, March 19th 2020 - the world responded.
The response to this call was overwhelming, from Arch Bishops of arch dioceses, parish priests, religious and lay people, they all in turn alerted their own communities to join in the call to this recitation of the rosary.
Some chose to join the Pope at 9pm Rome time. Some communities chose to join in the rosary at 9pm local time. This may have meant that the rosary was recited around the clock, even better without cessation throughout 24 hours on 19th March, throughout the whole world.
Just as there is not one moment in this world when the mass is being celebrated, why don’t we ask our Blessed Mother, through her rosary to help us in our present danger, to intervene on our behalf to stop the virus, take it away from our world completely.
