Silke Pleus (she/her), our Director of People & Culture, is a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Today, she joins us to share her #lovewins and #couplegoals story with her significant other. Silke reflects on her journey as a lesbian individual during the 80s, when discrimination and lack of acceptance were pervasive. She discusses the progress we've made towards equality and inclusivity over the years and emphasized our ongoing efforts to create a brighter future for all.
