    Damn that is a sharp looking vehicle. I'm actually glad LR decided to make the new defender a discovery with a new dress. Now we get something which must be at least more reliable ;)

      lots of software glitches are being reported by the current users. I am surprised that it is taking this long for a software patch to fix the low hanging issues.

    Don't lose your key. I watched a video of a Ineos owner in Australia. He lost his key and the replacement key cost $1,000 AUD.

    I love this setup. Any chance you could measure the overall height with the new lift and tires?

    • @ok4wd
      @ok4wd  Před 2 měsíci +1

      The tires add 1/2” and the springs added another 1/2-1”. We shared the total height of the truck with the tent in the comments on the first Grenadier video.

    • @mandersen
      @mandersen Před 2 měsíci

      Awesome, thanks! So roughly a 3" tire difference from the stock 31"s only added 1/2"? How sad :( @@ok4wd

      We did. I just cleared the ladder. Any tire size larger would certainly interfere with opening the rear door.

    Why didn’t you extend the brake lines and fit longer travel shocks?

    • @ok4wd
      @ok4wd  Před 2 měsíci

      Our build and how we plan on using the vehicle doesn't require long travel suspension. The brake lines are plenty long for the amount of height we added, only about 2-2.5 inches.

  • @booger65man
    @booger65man Před měsícem

    I would buy one today, but Ineos does not and has no plans to offer a technical service manual. So when you’re 300 miles out in the middle of nowhere and you break something I guess you’re supposed to call their service department for a tow? Ridiculous!
