    I am a lazy student and came here in hopes that I could be reassured that a short study schedule will be sufficient. But, your reasoning has really given me a wake up call. Thank you for sharing.

    300 hours sounds right. I was lucky to get a 340 and talk about this on my channel - I spent more than that time I think.

    Hey, Can i give GRE & TOEFL in my 3rd year of Engineering? How much time will it take for the admission process? Do i need a counsellor for all this? I want to start pursuing Masters as soon as i finish my bachelors degree.

      @endeavormagic  Před 7 lety +1

      Hi Aarsh,
      You can definitely give the GRE and TOEFL in your third year of engineering. Admission process can take anywhere between 2 months to 12 months, depending on how do you look at it. From the date you start your GRE preparation to your visa, it could be longer, because visa interviews happen only 3-4 months before you start your program. Hope this helps.

    I have recently completed my 4th semester. Should I start my preparation. And is there any requirements to join some coaching Institutes. If yes, which one do you suggest sir?

    • @endeavormagic
      @endeavormagic  Před 5 lety

      GRE exam can be taken by anyone who has atleast completed an Undergraduate course. Your age or qualifications do not matter. But do take note that not all colleges or universities require a GRE score. Decide on a list of colleges you want to apply for first. For more help, you can walk-in to your nearest Endeavor Careers center or talk to our counselor on 1860-258-3088. :)

    • @endeavormagic
      @endeavormagic  Před 7 lety +1

      Hi Nitesh! Thank you for your question, this is surely a query that several students have.
      You might be aware that GRE is an online test conducted daily, with 5 possible attempts in a year, and the score remaining valid for 5 years. We are mentioning this because the current trend is that students look at their academic workload, and take a decision to start preparation for GRE in anticipation of the increase in academic work over subsequent semesters. A lot of students have started preparing for GRE in their 3rd and 4th semesters for two reasons: the later semesters are tougher, and if you want to prepare well and get your desired score in a single attempt, you need longer preparation with better planning. We suggest you too apply these two parameters to decide when do you want to start preparing for the GRE. Please feel free to post any further queries.
      EDIT: Typo

      Year or 5 years ......confused...
      ...
      Should i start ??

    • @endeavormagic
      @endeavormagic  Před 7 lety

      Hey again, apologies, that was a typo. Your score is valid for 5 years.
      As far as starting now is concerned, we would urge you to think about the pointers we've mentioned in our answer, i.e. the workload you expect in the coming semesters and how long would you like to prepare for GRE. Hope that helps.

    can a student with a drop appear for gre?
    scores well in next semesters.

    • @endeavormagic
      @endeavormagic  Před 7 lety +6

      Hi Shruti,
      Unlike Indian exams which have some requirements related to your academic performance, standardised international tests such as GRE and GMAT have NO such requirements. The drop or academic failures have zero impact on your GRE. The programs you apply to in future, might want an explanation for any academic setbacks. But anyone, who has not taken the GRE in last 21 days, or has not already taken 5 GRE attempts in last one year, can take the GRE regardless of age or academic background. We hope the information helps. Please feel free to post any further queries.
