Not even just for fortune tho. There are so many trash ass encounters making that garbage unplayable. For example I had a game with Sentinels into teemo giving everyone a spat into ahri giving +15 hp to everyone so there were only 10 traits top 4 like what the actual fuck is that. It just makes the game a fucking lottery.

Heartsteel literally gave you hearts if you won. What are you talking about? Heartsteel was way more broken than fortune was because with chosen it was so easy to get chosen ksante or aphelios and then just get the other one to have 3 heartsteel.
You don't care about losing your luck. You care about your loss streak being broken, because you can't stack it anymore then.
HS you can continue stacking the whole game, even if you keep winning.
