They even brought in a so-called social media expert to analyze how AH was so mistreated, poor poor AH. They did quite a lot of talking about online. The Stream by the "The Behavioral Arts" yesterday pointed something interresting out.
She seems to have a need for pitty, but also wan'ts to be seen as this strong Women. A total internal contradiction that also is the cause of her external contradictions.
AH: "Look at me, I have been beaten" (Wants Pitty)

AH: "Because I was smart and skilled enough to cover them up" (Strong Independend Women)

He fell in love with her, becuause she took on some of his personality traits.
She says, that she has evidence pointing back to the beginning of there relationship. Showing, that she never truly loved him and had always planed to deceive him somehow.
If your spouse is makeing secret recordings of you, run. Run as far as you can. That is neither trust nor love. All the recording is meant to do, is hurt you in the long run.

Out of curiosity I went back and looked up what the line of questioning was. It started with the playing of the recording where Amber tells him to "tell the world" and then Camille says that basically they are in court today because Johnny did speak up and Amber says, "I know that he is suing me and has sued other people or corporations that have said that as well" then almost exactly 1 minute later Camille says, "and once he left you, you continued to abuse him publicly by calling him an abuser..." to which amber answers, "He is an abuser and you can look either of us up online and see who is being abused online." so not only does she say they can look it up online but also reminds the jury that Johnny has sued other people and corporations for the same thing within a minute

They will also convince their victim that all of the narcs bad behavior is due to the victim. They will take even innocuous behaviors and turn them into huge problems. AH painted JD’s drug problem as the cause for all of her violence. She knew he felt ashamed and guilty about being an addict, and she knew it was a sore spot she could exploit. So she kept telling him that all of their problems and all of her behaviors were reactions to his substance abuse, which is why he kept apologizing to her for the “monster” (which she made him feel like he was when he used).

  • @kitsunelee007

I remember watching this live and yelling at the screen "WTF ARE YOU DOING!?!"
I believe Amber did want the jury to look up everything online and ONLY because she lost now the claim is "the jury was influenced by social media".
I've been on a jury and you know what I just make sure that should anything come up I would close the tab, window, ad etc to make sure it wouldn't influence me. I also even asked a question because I walked in on my husband watching the news. I wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and it was about 2min before it clicked because I was in the kitchen 30fr away. I volunteered this information to the judge who asked me "Do you feel like you can still do your job as a jury or do you feel like you have been compromised." I answered truthfully that I felt I continue as juror.
I don't know about every jury but everyone on the jury I was on took this extremely seriously because it was a murder trial and we were being asked to determine whether or this man lived or died as I live in a death penalty state and in this case that option was on the table. When you are holding another person's life and future in your hands you don't take it lightly.
Yes, I know this was a civil trial but these jurors were faced with essentially clearing Johnny's name or wielding the coffin shut. The American legal system works(as best it can)only if ppl believe that jurors can be impartial and once that faith is gone all the legal system becomes is a charade before a person is sent to jail.
Amber is playing a dangerous game by trying to say that a jury cannot be impartial in high profile cases because of social media.

I believe he wanted JD to reveal the UK verdict by mistake, because the lawyers knew they weren’t allowed to. They wanted the jury to know the UK verdict in hopes that it would influence their ruling. So deceptive indeed!

Also, the abuse she was recieving online was personal opinion, commentators and pundits. It was not by JDs team, there were accusations that Johnny Depp was encouraging or paying for people to sway public opinion, but that was not presented as part of the evidence of his abuse. Trying to blame JD for the hashtags or any abuse is a huge leap. Which tells you that she can't link her behaviour to the consequences she's facing. But expects JD to be cancelled and kept cancelled despite any legal outcomes. Again, speaks volumes about her and only proves Dr Curry right in her assessment.

    Another great analysis 👏
So that’s why they keep banging on about it. Their plan didn’t work. They expected everyone - including the jury - to look it all up online, but *they thought* that would influence people in Amber’s favour. They can’t believe the jury found in JD’s favour, when as far as they were concerned, Amber was victorious in the UK and must therefore be the victim, and therefore would have to win this case.
This is why they brought in the hashtags as well. That was a weird thing to do, considering they weren’t positive towards Amber.
Obviously, the bat-shit craziness of Amber herself infected her team as well… my god, they’re a manipulative bunch. Scary stuff. I hope people abandon the “Elaine is a very good lawyer, but…” She’s not a very good lawyer. She might be effective sometimes, but she’s manipulative, evasive, divisive, Machiavellian and - IMHO - corrupt. I have zero respect for Elaine (or Rottenborn) for the part they played in this. They knew the evidence out there that didn’t come into the trial, like the recording after Johnny’s finger was cut off, and they played it out with utter deception every which way they could. They KNEW Amber was responsible, they had her recording admitting it, but they span it in court that Johnny cut it off himself… That’s just sick.
I believe someone somewhere sad “you get the lawyers you deserve”… Looks like Amber’s team were perfect for her. Bunch of dodgy con-artists and gaslighters.
All just my thoughts and opinions.

I am glad that she is such a narcissist that she is oblivious to how dumb she is coming off and how she would be better served just STFU and staying home but then again we would have all this entertainment and laughs! Hope you and your family have a blessed one and I will see you next TUG livestream! Not sure if they celebrate fathers day where you are but HAPPY FATHERS DAY nonetheless 💯🏴‍☠️

I'll be playing devil's advocate here: I think at that moment maybe AH was just talking about the abuse she was receiving online, since she says "which of us is being abused online"... but agreed, I think both AH and her team definitely did want the UK judgement to come into evidence.

I found this trial fascinating to watch and I sometimes wish that our court cases were televised. I watched Runkle of the Bailey, Law & Lumber (who actually works in that courthouse and has said that the judge was in the Marine Corps) as well as The DUI Guy who all sat in court watching the jury. I remember that these guys would say how engaged they thought the jury were and they didnt engage much with AH, they preferred to look at JD's lawyers.

Could AH, making that statement to the jury during the trial, be held in contempt on 6/24/22 for going against the courts admonishment about social media? Wow, total insidious actions from AH & her team of lawyers. I hope JDs team uses this in court on the 24th. Great job! I love this channel and all the hard work you put in to bringing this information forward. ♥️🙏♥️

@@citadelofwinds1564 absolutely! Psychology is my natural born gift and I nearly pursued a legal career having worked for a litigation solicitor. I ended up pursuing first my sports career then entrepreneurship where my psychology gift/studies became second nature professionally and personally. Now my main work is in conscious relationships and I have to say, red flags were flying all around AH immediately she began testifying. My heightened intuition went into overdrive, at that point, even though I was attempting to keep an open mind! I've deliberately sought out professionals in law, psychology, behavioural analysts etc, etc to get their perspective. They're all saying the same things and exactly what my immediate thoughts were and still are. I've added to my own skills already .... good for me, my relationships and to assist my students and clients. This is the only thank you I can give to AH! 😂🙏.
Side note, I've been in verbally abusive relationships with severe narcissists, thankfully on the other side of that via healing. Those types don't stand a chance now, one recently attempted to rekindle our toxic thing but he realised there was no way back. I'd done the work and healing plus lots of life changes. It was very powerful to forgive him but to have clear boundaries having moved on long ago.

On the Friday night aired interview they deleted when she said, “you and I” from her statement the “average person doesn’t have the same resources” but it was in the sneak peak! On June 24th court date , do you know if that will be on court tv like the trial was?

    • @The_Haneys
      @The_Haneys Před 2 lety +7

I also noticed another cut out from the sneak peaks to the "full" interview. When the were talking about the freedom of speech and Amber said in the sneak peak (paraphrasing) "Its not just about speaking truth...its about speaking truth to power...and that's all that I did... I spoke truth to power!" The full interview ENDED that part at "and that's all that I did" they pulled out the "I spoke truth to power!" line, which to me looks like a way to try to reinforce Amber's words that she spoke just the "truth", and not that idiotic "truth to power" nonsense.
