Was this recorded before or after the update? I’m an S tier and my lobbies were noticeably cleaner last night. Assuming that’s because everyone else was either S or A.

Try a 22b at Nurb wet. Makes it easy... to blast out the corners and leave rammers behind.👌

More funny when you realize wreckfest and Burnout have more cleaner races than these.
As a rammer myself I must admit that I enjoy forza ramming more than other racing games!!!

Lol but the wreckfest community barely hits each other lol. Besides me it's a demo derby I wanna see Quarter Panels flying. Only game where I go out of my way for contact if I see it to be advantageous

And it only took him having like 14 seconds worth of penalties all from blatant intentional ramming for hin to finally be kicked. Truly a built from the ground up moment

The no flo rolo guy got DQ'd first race so good on the penalty system there, but the 2.25 seconds wasn't great.

This lap 1 was pretty much the polar opposite of your lap 1 of Silverstone in the 488 Pista lol. Also, that Enzo driver needs his eyes examined and his license revoked if you ask me. 4 seconds of penalties isn't enough for that clown.
Edit: Your overtake on the Merc on lap 3 was like a perfect replica of Seb passing Bottas for the lead of the 2018 British GP too

Yeah, really nice to see Tonka get a decent position. Really nice and respectful driving up until they got pitted. Could have been nice to see ISAD and Tonka battle it out without a Cartman in the way.

They keep saying they're going to fix the penalty system but I'm not sure it's ever actually improved.

Imagine if a sensitive damage part physics or the anti rammer ghost mechanic in Gtan Turismo got added in this game it would be funny to see rammers cry

11:31 start of a proper good battle with that McLaren over the next lap. Hopefully I dont have to edit this because someone tries to be a bellend later, but, this bit was legitimately good racing.
Edit: aaaaand of course the McLaren after getting officially passed makes a bad dive into the chicane which ends up costing you and the car ahead an extra position by allowing another car to enter the fight that wasnt really part of it. I knew i spoke too soon.
Edit 2: lmao the extra car the orange Macca allowed to join the battle completely kills the orange Macca at T1 pretty much immediately. You can't make this stuff up.

Penalty system is broken. They hit me from behind in the braking zone and I get the penalty.

The lobbies are really so different. I recently had the cleanest race ever in Forza at Silverstone. The first 3 corners without a crash, I thought I was in the wrong game. It was really fun and at the end of the race hardly anyone had any penalties at all.
Hopefully they'll really sort out the idiots and let them race against each other.

You need to try the brabham bt24 1967 in s class the acceleration is nuts, and it understeers and it’s very hard to drive with tc off. But if you can get it under control, it’s super fast.
This kind of lobby makes the AI in the game look like Gods lol

They should really just make this game like Trackmania and have everyone be ghosted all the time. The driving is the fun part of racing anyway imo, not the negotiating traffic

@@tankiller9638 Valid, yeah this is a personal preference thing but my opinion is also formed by the fact that I've never played a racing game online without ramming lol. Simultaneous online time trials works well, and I think it would be fun. But I agree the pvp part is still fun if done right (big if these days lmao)

Turn 10 should go SUPER strict and in you get 3+ seconds of collision penalty, you are kicked and DQ'd

Bro, we've raced together a few times. Name in game is the same as here (PRM). You've even been in lobbies with myself and Raceboy at the same time. How you get put in these lobbies, I will never know?? It's like they set your Safety rating at a static "2" or something lol Hopefully this new system will get you in some better lobbies and hope to see you in more!
Lobbies do not pair based on skill rating unfortunately, everyone is able to race against anyone. That's why. Might find a fairly decent lobby, or find one with half the lobby at 4,000 somehow. I often just back out if the lobby looks terribly slow and try to find another lobby before the lobby closes. About all the power we have with finding decent lobbies.

@@DocAtrox Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Still feel like it's the exact same, not qualifying is still a horrendous experience in a big lobby. Wish they would show everyone's actual skill and safety ratings in the lobby so we know. Still being paired with brand new players here and there, sometimes even people without any tune on. Just a stock car still. However...I did have my best race of the year yesterday in B class. Could be a fluke or maybe they actually did do something. Was a fire battle either way so I'll take it!

It was a good race with old racing/sports cars until I saw this Zenvo 0:18 , this Camaro 0:20 , this Lambo and the (probably) CLK in front of you 0:29 , this yellow Lambo (which is old but not THAT old) 0:42 and the Ferrari Enzo that is old but also not THAT old in 0:04
And there it is 4mins in you accidentally clip another driver due to no faul of you own and get slapped with a massive penalty. They need to address this before they lose racers and it just becomes wreck fest with lambos
It’s definitely difficult to not retaliate. Especially when someone hits you and YOU get the penalty!! It’s infuriating. I’ve found that if you go to practice and people are purposely blocking the track and ramming, just leave. It’s not worth it. Usually you can go back to the race and find a better lobby.
Why dont you go to iracing? I think you’ll do fine

man tonka was done wrong by fernando. and then after being the victim and is spun out, forza wanted to give him a 1 second penalty. and people complain about gran turismo penalties lol.

A compatible game like this should be ghost mode only. Once it got available in FH4, everyone started custom ghost lobbies because it's a hundred times better. I won't buy this game before they make that change.

This is why I'll never play a Forza game, it's just full of 10yr olds that use other people as brakes and ram like there's no tomorrow... I've played gran Turismo since my 6 and I can guarantee that online back then in Gt5 was clean, people didn't ram each other neither took positions if their mistake costed someone a crash.
Forza has also this weird handling that makes most Cars feel like they're on ice, combined with every corner being a ramming point I don't know how people even enjoy online on this game
