As a non-Italian just s.o. from Europe. This doesn't look like Italian food. It just looks American. The bread looks soft as shit, that is not bread and for sure not Italian bread. Why would you fry a lasagna? The pasta is drowning in sauce (I contraire to an Italian could accept that, but it doesn't look too good tbh). And Italians have sweet deserts, but they taste like sth, this looks like sugar with icing and fluff. I'm very inclined to believe Matteo that this is just garlic, salt and sugar. And overcooked pasta is bad.
It's got not even sth to do with mamma's dishes. It's got sth to do with working taste-buds.
Ah yes and I don't believe that an Italian would like any of that food. Italians have a deep hate for wrongly prepared dishes as well as for the people preparing these abominations, especially when it's declared Italian food (which this isn't).
If I ever come in the doubtful glory of eating at an OG it would be only to see how bad it really is. And I am already expecting nothing.
