Tip: when doing a lip sync with a fast audio (example: fast songs, or just speaking) don’t close the mouth. It makes it look a little silly when the closed mouth is the same length as the talking. (I did this in one of my videos, and tried without closing the mouth in another one, both with fast audios, and it looked a lot better. The closed mouth looks better here only because the smile stayed for a while because it was a slow audio)

I have another tip, for example this is what you want to lip sync.
“I love you”
Try using your own mouth and follow the shapes of it, I used this and it gladly worked :D
