CUFFBUST is the new upcoming indie multiplayer co-op prison escape game for PC, coming to Steam next year, in 2025 (i think lol). This new indie game is developed by Gavin Eisenbeisz (Two Star Games), creator of Choo-Choo Charles, No Snake Hotel, My Beautiful Paper Smile, Cloud Climber, and My Friend is a Raven. This trailer premiered at Summer Game Fest 2024.

Ok well steam stopped me from putting in activation codes bc of too many unsuccessful attempts but here's the ones I've found so far:
0:06 - on the bottom shelf of the left blue shelving unit
0:16 - top right corner of the screen during the explosion
0:26 - lefthand edge of the screen, on the cinematic camera switch
0:47 - first few frames of the camera switch, on the right corridor wall
0:54 - bottom left corner of the screen, on the camera switch
1:11 - on the ground during the overhead shot
1:18 (robonaughts!) - on the first step on the stairs
1:44 - on the left side of the screen during the final moments of the helicopter crash
After searching for around 15 mins this is all the ones I've found, only tested 5 before steam told me to stop so perhaps one of these is still valid. Lmk where the other 2 are bc im curious.

Looks really fun, you can tell a lot of thought went into the logistics of escaping like stealing key cards and digging a tunnel the old fashioned way with a spoon.
Only in Twostar’s channel, you can find a game about gummy bears escaping a high security prison.

This looks amazing! I would love to see a couple of game modes: one where some of you play as the guards, one where you have to escape a randomly generated prison (similar to the planet generation in Lethal Company) and a standard mode, where you escape pre created maps.
Looks incredibly promising, hope you make a console port some day. All the best with development!

Really take your time with this Two Star! cause this could be something REALLY special, and a cool experience if done well! It looks amazing already though. So keep up the cool work. ❤ (Also would be nice if there was an Emote wheel/Emote button. OR a simple text box Emoji system. To add more depth to the communication of the game.) and not solely rely on Voice chat.

A cool idea for the game would be to add customization and a factions system like in Jailbreak, where you can either be a prisoner or a cop trying to stop the little creatures from escaping.

Not just the colors for default, but also unlockable skins buyable with in-game coins gained from winning. Ideas for a few:

Realistic Koala Skin
Rainbow Skin
That would make people want to keep going, trying to unlock all the skins or the ones that personify them more.
