i've watched her special twice now. it is not very often you would view a show twice, which says a lot about how good it is. i've seen many of the greats live in concert: rodney dangerfield,steven wright,jimmy carr,danny bhoy,eddie murphy,billy connolly, ricky gervais,etc. etc and she's up there with christina p, and amy schumer etc, eaasily as good as or better than them. and she's hot, too, which doesnt matter about her comedy, but does make viewing easy on the eyes. and...canadian !! you go, girlfriend.
Savvy, intelligent, has a good vocabulary and can speak without saying 'like'. Would love to know her well, but I'm way too young for her as I'm still on solid food.
I call the guest group that started to expand the comedy scene, back when there was explosion with the period in time where cable television got to be much larger:

While waiting for my bf to arrive tithe show in 1993 I exclaimed to myself thst I would probably be thronly person to meet the headliner since I was the only one not seated for the show. My prediction came true because Bobby skateboard drove up in his peice or shit at ane asked me if I had change for the meter . I said are you kidding me- your true head liner and so ma state didn’t give you a validated number ass - s handed him the change. I always I’m prepared too be insulted. He said what . I advised him that the fielder said he was the pit I’ll if comedy and thst we should prepare to hone insiotd. He takes the stage and brings up the flyer as wreakn for the upcoming exponetntislly insulting and held up the flyer. 20 years later he passed by me in kona hawaii- his daughter advised ghe had ebpen recognized and he turned back to telk to a fan. So I do remember when comedy flourished from barely accessible to every where. I am so impressed with who has been telling so many offers it’s.

Holy shit, the promo for her special is straight up terrible. The way they dropped the music as if "a surprise on a mixed bill" was the best joke in her special as opposed to just a side remark. Smh.

Just like singers don't write new songs for every city during a world tour.
It’s too bad that there is almost consistent, somewhat defective/mediocre sound because of the wrong mike technique with the breath-popping and plosives problem microphones that are always used and that plague this channel. Why doesn’t the producer, director, or sound person instruct the talent to hold the mikes straight up and below their chins and speak across the mike instead of into them?
