  • Best RV Stairs!! We were in desperate need of new stairs for our RV and we're thrilled for the chance to partner with Torklift International to install new steps in our fifth wheel. The GlowStep Revolution steps were perfect for upgrading our RV stairs. Installing these new steps was super easy and was done in just about an hour. Watch our easy RV stairs DIY tutorial if you are looking to replace the rv stairs in your camper.
Find the GlowStep Revolution stairs on the Torklife International website:

If you prefer stairs mounted inside your doorway check out the Smartstep GlowStep Revolution Uprising RV Step system:

After RV stairs replacement: The new stairs are super sturdy and we LOVE the added DirtDestroyed shoe cleaner to help keep dust and dirt down inside the RV. Our old RV stairs were wobbly and bad on my knees. We feel so much more secure and our fifth wheel looks ten years younger thanks to our new RV stairs!

I don’t think that people realize they can change their stairs on their RV! What a great video!

Wow! I like those. Maybe it’s the camera view but when you got the hand rail out will it be sufficient? I know the make extending ones. I like how they are not so steep if you will. First time I’ve seen these and pretty impressed. My wife and I have always got motorhomes all the time but never had the need to upgrade. I like staying up on all rv things, for me it’s cool. Will be watching. I’m

Thanks for watching! Yes, Torklift actually makes extended hand railings. We may look into those down the road if we add kiddos to the crew or as we get to the point where we need them more regularly for ourselves, but for right now the one we have works well for our needs. The camera angle probably doesn't help, but it does work ok!

Great tutorial. How often do you think stairs would need to be replaced?

Thanks! We have had out rig for 5 years now, many, many miles we put on her, and we had bought her used. So I am not sure how long it had been until we replaced them. Mostly just have to keep any eye on them and replace them when they are wearing out.
