This is a clip of a longer interview I did with inspiring Manuela Mischke-Reeds for my membership community for new trauma workers, Trauma Therapist | 2.0.
Manuela is a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist. She is an International teacher of psychology and trains health professionals in California, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and Europe and starting in China next year. When I began putting this series together, Manuela was right there at the top of the list. She has a way of explaining concepts about therapy that always bring us back to that most important element-the quality of being human, or as she calls it, human beingness.
