He definitely did something wrong, no matter how comfortable you think someone is ALWAYS ASK FOR CONSENT!!! They were confirmed to have been drinking and he felt her up assuming he had consent. If one or both parties involved are under the influence consent cannot legally be given, whether verbal or silent. All of this could’ve been avoided if he had just gotten verbal consent or asked to see her ID. He makes a point to not get with anyone under 21 and takes consent very seriously yet just assumed because she had a “21+” wristband on that she was at least 21. If he was as cautious as he claimed to be then surely he would’ve double checked her ID since it’s common for underage people to carry fakes. Had he seen her actual ID he never would’ve gotten with her, or had he seen the fake one he would be able to make an argument he was lied to (he still would’ve groped her though which is 100% SA)
