Is 150r on pin VT of receiver necessary? I watched other tutorial video where this pin is not used and it still works.

I made RC car using Ht12E and Ht12D and FS1000a Tx & Rx module. I use 1M resistor in transmitter circuit and 33 k resistor in reciever circuit but circuit is not working motor are not moving. I am using 5V. Can you help me.

The decoder IC osc resistor value should be 51K if encoder osc value is 1M

there is a one mistake in a circuit diagram 5:43 there is 51 k resistor instead of 51 r in receiver circuit in ht 12 decoder ic ocillator pin

brother am sorry for this but actually you made a mistake. you reverse the VT led terminals I did same as you do here , the vt led, and the data pins go high in the absence of transmiter. # CORRECTION connect the vt led +ve to the ic the ground the negative.
