Hi from Cali. I live between Sacramento and San Francisco. I remember in 1976 it snowed in June. Not a lot, but we normally don't get snow. Also in 1980 it rained so much our house flooded. Yes the weather has been a little off, but nothing I haven't seen before. I also remember in the 1970's there was a lot more snow between Placerville and South Lake Tahoe.
I would love to do a temperature blanket, maybe next year. Too much going on this year. I am from Nova Scotia Canada and our weather as well has been crazy. Everyone's blankets look gorgeous
Yes, this is the strangest and warmest winter I remember in a long time. It is crazy that we've had over 80 multiple days already! I did have one row of navy which I added for below zero, but I would have expected several rows of that. Only one row of silver too. Crazy for Chicago!
Strange temperatures here in Maryland also. After last year’s blanket, I felt like the Wednesday temps were very similar. This year I’m doing the high and low temps for each week. It’s allowed me to capture more of a range. It’s great fun!

The weather has been strange all season. I’m in Houston, Texas and we have had more cool days, like low 60s, even into April. That’s very unusual. 💜🙏🏻
I’m in Southern California too and the weather has been very strange. It even snowed one day. It was the very first time I experienced snow. 💕

I agree doing it only one day does limit the number of colors we can use.Do you mean every day or are you averaging the week?
I've been to intimidated to make a temperature blanket. I like the way you are doing yours though; if you do another one next year I may get in on it.
