awesome! I hope it really gives the grasp of how those little things makes a huge difference.. as a fact I use those techniques combined with soft glazes on eyes a lot to get that wet bright look a lot.

Really well done set of tutorials. Your use of a tight visual on your brush and the image combines well with your voice over. Too many CZcamsrs talk and talk, but fail to connect visuals to their verbal instructions.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming tutorials as well!

Thanks David! Some tutorials come out better than others. I really really wanted to convey a few things in this. Hopefully the concept of how the contrast and how crisp the highlights affect how reflective the surface came through.. Then of course coloring it was just a small way of showing how chrome can be any color. No matter how many times I say it, it seems the concept of reflected elements / environment is hard for some to grasp :)

THATS AWESOME! Glad to hear it.. a few shots through those i think it will hammer home how the little things in how highlights are placed make a huge difference.

Thanks! this is one of my videos neglected by most, of course i was not (and still not really) savvy on how to make great thumbnails and catchy titles. But i keep these low performing videos anyway because they have some value to those who dig into them I feel. :)

Thank you for this, I've been asked to airbrush a reaper with chrome skull, chrome paint is...odd when trying to do highlights, was looking for this but it's in out of print books from 80s and 90s

this was a touch older .. it was originally made for patreon. But I closed patreon due to time constraints. Probably my gsi creos.. maybe my iwata eclipse.
It is easy buddy.. Give those spheres a go in all colors after a dozen or so you will be a master at them :)
